Roger thank you and I’ll be sure to get the N&N dump trailer in a future video as well. I have had it in a few in the past. Love that trailer and so far the splitter has been amazing! More to come for sure!
Not sure why you’d say that. I’m no expert but Bobby seems to know his stuff. A few people on FB who have had Allwoods for a while seem to love them so we will see.
@@hardworkingmanoutdoors there’s no hydraulic filter on the thing except that little hose one. there should be a main filter after that cooler but it just goes into the tank
I asked Bobby and he said the tank cycles through the filter every 3 minutes. He’s been building them like this for 10 years with no issues so we will see how it does.
@@hardworkingmanoutdoors I mean yes that works. In my opinion I would spend the extra $200 and put a double filter 90 gpm so no Unfiltered filter hydraulic fluid makes it into the tank then in the pump. say something is in the line or something happens in the cylinder well it would have to go through the pump to then make it to the filter that’s on it instead of being cough right before the tank
wow,you dog....that thing is a beast, love the color on it....good luck with it.... did you ever hear of powersplit units-they have one that you can drive...crazy

I about had a stroke when I went to their website and looked at the prices. Yikes. Beautiful machine though. As a hobby welder/fabricator....I really want to try my hand at building a similar machine just to say I did.
The commercial machines aren’t cheap but they are a solid investment when we’ll built. They hold their value and make you money with increased production.
You can retire Old Blue to my one-man operation. I’d be honored to buy that old workhorse from you as it’s better than the box-store stuff I’m running now. I don’t think I could keep up with the ALL WOOD even with the motor off lol
Mark, I don’t think any one man could keep up with that thing! It’s amazing. I plan on fixing Blue up a little more and probably selling it to help cover the cost. It is a crazy solid splitter and has served me well. The new updates bring it into the realm of hi performance as well in my opinion.
Even the splitter I got is way faster than two people. Needs at least three people to max it out. Crazy how productive a real splitter is with the right parts powering it.
Bobby has all of his prices listed on his website. I didn’t put a price in the video because as we all know especially lately prices on everything are changing. The price of steel etc continues to rise. Check out www.Allwoodlogsplitters.com and click on pricing under the main menu.
The Musclewood is $16,500. Keep in mind all of the stuff on mine except for the EFI engine are included. A lot of manufacturers list their price pretty basic. Then add for larger push plate, improved cycle time, hydraulic cooler, auto cycle, etc. that all comes standard on the Musclewood. The build and materials used are top notch. I posted a link to the website in the description and he has his prices listed there.
No worries. When you click the menu tab there is a list of models. The next tab down says pricing. That has all the units prices in there. Thanks for watching if you have any other questions let me know. Splitting videos coming soon.
James, here is a link to the pricing. The Muscle Wood now comes with a diesel engine. However the new design of the Locust is faster than my Muscle Wood. www.allwoodlogsplitters.com/pricing
I actually start it up at the 6:59 mark in the video. And run a cycle. Just sharing my experience. I bought this splitter and am not sponsored by All Wood. Just like helping others. Anyways, thanks for watching.
This splitter is a beast and will quickly pay for itself in saved time and increased production! Commercial log splitters have gone up in price quite a bit in the last few years and as far as bang for your buck goes in my opinion the All Wood is right near the top!
This is the 2nd video I watched today that was on wood splitter where they talked about it but never showed it splitting wood. Disappointing. I don't need all the yap yap, show it in ACTION!
No I didn’t, it has gone up since I bought it. Making my investment even more valuable. It has also more than paid for itself already in increased production not to mention the fact that I could actually sell it for more than I bought it for LOL.
@@hardworkingmanoutdoors that's the best log splitter I've ever seen I just can't see how you could ever get your money back. I mean maybe if selling firewood is your only business that's all you do.
@mickeybinas so far I get 90% of my wood for free. I sell everything I have time to make which is where this splitter shines. I get $150/ a third of a cord or $450/cord. Granted I have to buck up etc. but I can easily split 1/3rd of a cord in about 10 minutes so it really doesn’t take long. Plus the splitter is still worth as much or more than I paid for it after easily repaying it in sold wood already. It should last me years as well.
The price has gone up since I bought mine. However they are an investment and pay for themselves quickly with increased production. Not to mention I could probably sell mine for more than I bought it for right now.
Why is the lift on the opposite side of the controll?? So you have to walk around to load it an back again to split it an if moves an falls off an does not split it completely you have to walk around again? Seems back asswards. Of course it does not boog on the lift there is no weight on it. It's a ok video to kick the tires an brag but it clearly does not show any of its real capabilities.
It was an introductory video. Check out some of the follow up videos on the channel, we run huge oak and ash rounds through the 6 way, make 1/3rd of a cord in 12 minutes easily etc. Show the lift easily lifting 34” rounds etc. the controls are set up very similar to my Eastonmade 12-22 and the Wolfe Ridge I have run. Other splitters big the engine down with empty lifts due to flow restrictions in the lines, this runs a separate pump.
Ok but why would you want the lift on the opposite side of the controls? I split a ton of wood every year an it seems like way more back an forth. More than 1000 face
@@woodsman1006 the controls are in the center. You can operate the lift from either side. We’ve always operated our Logsplitter a from the opposite side of the lift as most people running these machines do.
That thing is a joke, for a home owner I wouldn't take it if you gave it to me there is no place to store it.For commercial use the design is for home owner use. When you work productive you want to handle the wood as little as possible.
To each their own. I will be making firewood faster than I ever have before. I love it! For a home owner who burns a few cord a year yeah it’s a bit much. The Allwood Oak would probably be more suitable.
No, I am just starting to branch out into a little side business. I do a little bit of property work, food plot installation, etc. I burn wood myself and have a few roadside stands right now. I am beginning to grow my business as I am eligible for retirement in 7.5 years and would like to have a nice side business going by that time. I am also crazy busy so any where I can save a lot of time is important to me. I look at it as a stepping stone and an investment as it should last me a long time and hold its value fairly well. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Ron, this was just the introduction video for my new splitter. If you check out my other videos you will see this machine run and make firewood as fast as any splitter I’ve ever seen. I plan on running a lot of wood through this machine over the years so I wouldn’t say it’s overbuilt or overpriced. Commercial wood splitters tend to hold their value quite well and make you money along the way.
Honestly it doesn’t take long at all. I have access to free wood and as fast as the All Wood turns it in to firewood I can recoup my $$ in a pretty short time. Plus the machines hold and sometimes even increase in value. I have a few videos in the splitter wars playlist showing recoup time etc.

It doesn’t have suspension but is heavy and wasn’t too bad. This splitter has a torsion axle and road smooth! My buddies Pro 28C was a little bouncy at higher speeds. Plus it wasn’t mine so I wasn’t willing to exceed the manufacture speed rating. Hopefully I can get your way for another visit before too long. Try to get some of that Hickory your way! I was hoping to try to hit 1,000 by the end of this weekend when Rachel and I are at the Paul Bunyan show but we blew through it yesterday!! Looking forward to seeing what this splitter can do. Hopefully it serves me well as your Ultra has you!
I am impressed with your splitters ram speed especially the retraction speed, looks like the same as the Ultra’s. You’re welcome back here anytime, make sure you bring some of that nice shagbark and free child labor with you too. LOL. Have fun at the show, say hi to Scheib and Brad for me. Looking forward to everyone’s video’s.
Will do Joe I’ll let you know next time I can get that way been crazy busy lately! That tam does move!
That's a great looking machine.Where in Michigan is his location Thank's
Thank you. He is in Petersburg, Mi. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Congratulations on 1K subscriber mark.. 🥳
This time last year I was looking at this brand (a few others too)as well but like someone else already said not enough info. There was a guy in Portland Oregon that was making splitters too but not enough info yet to spend what I did on 2 brands..
Not saying you went wrong but something just had me coming back to the one I chose..
Daniel, there was not a lot out there on them. It helped that it’s only a few hours from my house. Once I went down, met Bobby, and saw them in person I was sold! I think I’m going to love this thing, so far it’s done nothing but impress me. As you see with the Samurai and now the Allwood I am willing to try something that there isn’t a lot of info out there on. So far with those two I love them. We will see how they age but I feel pretty good so far. Love being able to let others see these products too. It’s what this community is all about helping each other out. I’ve learned a lot over the years and enjoy being able to give back. Thanks on the congrats that flew by. I thought the Allwood would draw some interest, didn’t know it would draw that much! Looking forward to putting it through the paces and see what it can do.
Badass!!! Nice dump tralier also in back ground maybe a video on it? Thank you!!
Roger thank you and I’ll be sure to get the N&N dump trailer in a future video as well. I have had it in a few in the past. Love that trailer and so far the splitter has been amazing! More to come for sure!
Swweet looking rig there, kinda above and beyond nice, subbed in no question
Thank you and I agree it is amazing.
90% of the fluid is not being filtered. how long will the pump last
Not sure why you’d say that.
Thanks for the comment. This will give me something to look into. Still have a ton to learn about all of this.
wow,you dog....that thing is a beast, love the color on it....good luck with it....
did you ever hear of powersplit units-they have one that you can drive...crazy
Thanks Bob. I have heard of the power splits. I have not checked one out in person though. They look pretty nice and unique.
That is the best splitter, I have ever seen,, I live in Europe so shipping might be a nightmare
Brendon I have definitely been impressed with it. I do believe All Wood ships internationally but I am not positive. Thanks for watching and commenting.
@@hardworkingmanoutdoors yes very impressive finally someone knows exactly what we would like that's a log supersplitter
I look forward to meeting you this weekend in Ohio
It should be a lot of fun. We will be down Friday and Heading home Saturday. Thanks for watching!
That smile on the cycle time lol
You know what I’ve been running the past few years 😂.
Interesting ,will be watching
Warranty?
There is a 3 year warranty on the frame. The components are covered by manufacturers warranties such as the Honda engine etc.
@@hardworkingmanoutdoors thank you
I’ll answer any questions I can. Thanks for watching.
@@hardworkingmanoutdoors keep me in mind when you do, Heath.
Will do!
Even the splitter I got is way faster than two people. Needs at least three people to max it out. Crazy how productive a real splitter is with the right parts powering it.
Absolutely, Blue was nice after the updates but these new rigs are a class of their own!
Quick stroke quicker retraction!👍👍
This splitter is pretty impress. We have quite a few videos running in on our channel now.
I really like that
This machine has done nothing but impress me so far!
That was a fast cycle
I agree and the newer version is even faster!
Great views
Thanks!
Really good views
Yeah this one keeps ticking along. Thanks!
What are we looking at pricing I'm in Texas
Check out the website or give them a call for current pricing!
I just put a downpayment on a Oak Series a week ago. Looking forward to getting it, and happy to buy from a Michigan business!
So far I love this thing! I really like my Samurai saw but so far this thing has to be my favorite tool for wood!
I put a deposit on a locust 6 weeks ago, looking forward to a November delivery...
@@hardworkingmanoutdoors not gonna lie, the samurai spooks me a little. I see the benefit though.
It’s pretty safe if you don’t bypass the safety like I did. Definitely need to be careful with it.
SWEET
Thanks Del!
No price???
Bobby has all of his prices listed on his website. I didn’t put a price in the video because as we all know especially lately prices on everything are changing. The price of steel etc continues to rise. Check out www.Allwoodlogsplitters.com and click on pricing under the main menu.
Nice looking machine. How much $.
Well that definitely seems like a good price and I looked on his website I couldn't see any pricing so that's why I asked.
No worries. When you click the menu tab there is a list of models. The next tab down says pricing. That has all the units prices in there. Thanks for watching if you have any other questions let me know. Splitting videos coming soon.
now you got a real splitter
For sure!
how much
James, here is a link to the pricing. The Muscle Wood now comes with a diesel engine. However the new design of the Locust is faster than my Muscle Wood.
www.allwoodlogsplitters.com/pricing
why don't we have a log splitter like that in Sweden 😋 I have a 22 tons splitter med it's not fast
They make a world of difference!
Should have a Shovel Head motor on it!
That would be something.
It’s only Guna “rip” through wood if ur as fast or faster than the equipment.
True, you definitely need a few people to keep up with it. Check out the videos with the added All Wood log table. It really helps up productivity.
Why do you go thru so many splitters?
I try to get my hands on as many splitters as I can to show comparisons, pros and cons, etc.
I'm blind as a bat it was right there underneath pricing my bad I went straight to individual model. 🤦
No worries!
Nice god bless
22k bucks. Gotdamn
It was much less when I bought it. The Muscle Wood is Diesel now too. Mine is gas.
What a sales pump and he didn't even get the thing running
I actually start it up at the 6:59 mark in the video. And run a cycle. Just sharing my experience. I bought this splitter and am not sponsored by All Wood. Just like helping others. Anyways, thanks for watching.
Looks awesome but for $16500 haha
This splitter is a beast and will quickly pay for itself in saved time and increased production! Commercial log splitters have gone up in price quite a bit in the last few years and as far as bang for your buck goes in my opinion the All Wood is right near the top!
made in the USA with Italian valve...thats not "Made in the USA", thats assembled in USA
Pretty sure by that logic almost nothing would be made in the USA.
This is the 2nd video I watched today that was on wood splitter where they talked about it but never showed it splitting wood. Disappointing. I don't need all the yap yap, show it in ACTION!
Mike this was just an introduction of my new splitter, I have a few splitting videos with it on my channel with more to come.
lol you spent 22k on a log splitter
@@hardworkingmanoutdoors did u see the easton made log splitters
lol $21,000.
Mike check out our new videos with the new All Wood log table. It’s a game changer! No more log splitter merry go round.
Stop talking when running. Try voice over.does you no good if you people can't hear you! More of a distracions😢
Appreciate the feedback. We do much better now! It was definitely useless to talk in some of our early videos as we had the audio set wrong.
Write better.
@@hardworkingmanoutdoors
Are you commercial?
No, I am just starting to branch out into a little side business. I do a little bit of property work, food plot installation, etc. I burn wood myself and have a few roadside stands right now. I am beginning to grow my business as I am eligible for retirement in 7.5 years and would like to have a nice side business going by that time. I am also crazy busy so any where I can save a lot of time is important to me. I look at it as a stepping stone and an investment as it should last me a long time and hold its value fairly well. Thanks for watching and commenting.
@@hardworkingmanoutdoors
We are going into a depression but firewood is counter-cyclical.
That's nothing but a cobbled up mess
You’re funny, thanks for watching.
You never split a stick of wood with this overbuilt and overpriced machine. It’s beautiful and looks rugged, but… does it need to be?
Ron, this was just the introduction video for my new splitter. If you check out my other videos you will see this machine run and make firewood as fast as any splitter I’ve ever seen. I plan on running a lot of wood through this machine over the years so I wouldn’t say it’s overbuilt or overpriced. Commercial wood splitters tend to hold their value quite well and make you money along the way.
Gonna take a minute to pay that off
Honestly it doesn’t take long at all. I have access to free wood and as fast as the All Wood turns it in to firewood I can recoup my $$ in a pretty short time. Plus the machines hold and sometimes even increase in value. I have a few videos in the splitter wars playlist showing recoup time etc.
