I don't know about this one it would be interesting to see what happens.
Dan needs to stop being arrogant. The proverbial question he asked is a dumb and a suggestive question. It implies that lawyers (especially) female lawyers shouldn't represent a client who the media has deemed is "bad" to women. Attorney Bonjean was right to respond that way.
She makes good points. Ladies, this is why you need to go to the police immediately after any rape. Evidence is needed!

In a couple of months he will be out of prison , you have to follow the law you cant try to stack the deck against a bad guy , seems like huge mistakes were made and weinstien is probably going to at the very least get a new trial -
