QTS and PGCE is only for British. International teachers are eligible only for PGCEi or iQTS

For a teacher living outside UK & having neither a work permit nor a national insurance number, does that mean she is not entitled to apply for a teaching post in UK?. As to the QTS, is it a must? can it be obtained online? Does it have an expiry date? Where may I get materials to study it? Can I submit a proof of enrolment and work till I receive the certificate? Is there any exceptions for teachers from QTS or any other alternatives? What’s the shortest time to get QTS?

I had a query, I have a CIDTL ( Cambridge international diploma teaching and learning), post graduate degree in IB teaching from Indus training and research, Bangalore and a Btech in Instrumentation and control engg. I have 2 years experience in teaching in India. I am coming to UK on a skilled visa with my husband as a dependent. I wanted to ask you, whether I can get a teaching job without doing any degree from UK? Like you said the rule is 4 years without QTS. Another query, is does CIDTL counts in getting a job? Third query, what would be the salary like without QTS? How should I be looking out for jobs in such a case? Your inputs will be really valuable.
