Our special drink of the evening!
After a bit of research we found that there is a cocktail called the "Montreal". It has an ingredient that is pretty hard to find so if you can't get Suze you can use any other gentian liqueur or just double up the aperol.
"The Montreal Cocktail"
.75 oz dry London style gin
.75 oz rye whiskey (bonus if Canadian)
.75 oz Aperol
.75 oz Suze liqueur
Stir the above and strain into well chilled coupe or martini glass.
