What really saddens me about stories like this is that
Well
The way this is put, she has a "curse"
But really the curse is just the stigma of existing outside of pre-set rules.
She describes herself having "sins"
But the only real sin she committed was, again, simply existing
Especially thinking about how, putting all the appearances aside, the only real difference between angels and demons is the allegiance they choose, and yet because of the polarization of those allegiances, these rules and things are born.
