I remember when it was just a character that saw her world be destroyed by the so called "hero," so she went to other timeline to befriend said "hero's." Then kill any that where not worthy. To this revenge story about redemption and holding on to a legacy/ Mantel of a loved one to keep the hopes alive after all was lost.
Love this, always a blast hearing your music and seeing the character develop

I know I said this on the debut stream, but I thought I'd put it here as well for others to read my thoughts, I just have to say that this lore was an absolute masterpiece! I normally don't get emotional when watching any kind of media, but this is one of those times I'm really glad I got to be emotional and loved every single moment of it, the animation was top notch, the cast did so well with bringing their characters to life. This was so worth the wait and I felt so sorry for you as you lost everything and everyone that was important to you! Once again I really loved this lore video and your new 2.0 outfit looked amazing on the stream, I love the sparkle feature! You're my favourite Vtuber in the whole multiverse and keep being the amazing person you always have been!

That line from Call Me King, and really the whole album, is totally different with this story.
The A-LIST voice actor cast and incredible writing combined with this animation had me on the edge of my seat! I was fully immersed throughout the whole video, absolutely amazing. Everyone sounded lovely! AmaLee's narration never misses and I got so excited to hear Anairis in this too!!!
AmaLee having a twin sister in the Lore was a big plot twist for me but I loved it!! I also liked the idea for Ama/Lee for the twin sisters names. Now after seeing this Lore I got different ideas for fanart😊😍👀🦋🦋🦋
monarch's lore always goes so hard esp when i think about how we've seen bits and pieces of ama (and lee in retrospect after this prequel 👀) over the years through diff cover MVs--voice acting in this video is also top tier!!!!!!
I love the expanded lore! I can see now why Monarch went the path that she did. I definitely didn't expect a twin sister. How sad that she lost someone she loved so dearly! Keep up the good work. I love every minute of it!
5:22 I see this blue butterfly and the other that was pinned with a nail as the two twins.
The one pinned with the nail is Lee, the nail being pinned is the sword that killed her.
The one being stepped on is Ama, but this time she stepped on it herself. She killed her old self, the one full of hope and joy and crushed it the moment Lee died.
This is my little theory tho! :)

Loving the lore behind the Vtuber! It also makes me theorize that a second original album might be in the works to further explain those days.
As for the lore itself, I'm thinking that Lee knew what had to be done in order for the timelines to exist as they are but her knights didn't agree with that. Ama also knew that for the light to prevail darkness had to exist, making the betrayal of her so-called sisters cut even deeper than anything when they turned against their queen.
No. Ama was happy-go-lucky, living the dream with her sister, Monarch Lee, and her sister valkyries. That’s why their betrayal twisted Ama into what she is now.

the Monarch knows where Amalee is at all times. She knows this because Ama knows where Lee isn't. By subtracting where Ama is from where Lee is, or where Lee is from where Ama is (whichever is more multiversed), the Monarch obtains a confusion. The CyYu Tech Support uses confusion to generate corrective commands to drive the Monarch from a universe she is a badass valkyre queen to a universe where she isn't and arriving to a stream that breaks down. Consequently, the universe where she is the Scuff Queen, is now the universe she wasn't, and it follows that the universe of the badass Valkyre Queen Amalee is now but a distant memory between the Alt+F4s and crashes and boomer approach to technology.
The animation is beautiful! The voices were so good! Love it!

My favorite moment was when she said “lee stand back I’m going to scuff” and then she scuffed all over the sisters. Truly one of the moments of all time
I'm suprised that AmaLee got so many other voice actresses to do this with her. If she can get more I'd honestly be into seeing a full animated series like this.

A great lyricist. I shouldn’t expect any less than A-tier writing for her lore either. How original it is, is up to the viewer. Some may call it more cliche than others to have someone rise through a coup. But you cannot deny the utmost amount of heart that went into it. From the Voice actors, to the artists. From the sound design, to the visual FX. It’s great. Such a duality. You have the most gorgeous model in the VTuber arena but knowing those golden looks bear bloodstained truths is just poetic.
And to top it off, I’m just overall impressed with the choice of the butterfly. The play on words of Monarch. It works great. If I had a penny for every time I’ve loved a butterfly based villain, I’d have two pennies. It isn’t much but the fact I’ve had it happen twice is amusing.
Well AmaLee managed to bring her voice acting buddies into help with this, surprising and amusing at the same time.

This was marvelous and honestly very heart breaking. A little doubt was all it took to end a sun and bring bout the dangerous butterfly of darkness.
I was sorta right... She was a knight who was betrayed and turned to the darkness.
The road to Hell is often paved with good intentions. Great villains are characters who initially wanted to do good but the corruption of evil twisted their morale and view of reality, making them realize that the only way to defeat evil, is to be evil itself.
