just finished the video let me explain: adam gets better shots and does like a video montage of each house they do. much like what you guys plan to do with paying attention to the details of the house, he does with video. additionally he adds fun commentary but that may not be as necessary in this format. I really like this video though and cant wait for more.
Guessing that flipper won't be having them tour anymore of their houses haha.
The gap where the door frame does not meet the floor, in the uk the NHBC guidelines for new build homes is to seal/silicone all base boards, door architraves etc
