This is one of the hardest? I started clearing it on day 28 and fully built a base/horde base on it. Fully moved in by day 42. First playthrough and I’m on permanent death. Had a couple close calls but I love what I’ve done with the place.
I imagine itd be great as a base! The reason I believe its one of if not the hardest poi's in the game is on infestation you face off against a lot of military zombies which a lot can be radiated, not to mention the amount of zombies that spawns in on the infested version, and if you're doing the clear as intended by the devs you can very easily be caught in the elevator stuck by all the spawns in the basement rushing you down which if you don't have something like an auto shotgun or something else that clears exceptionally quick youll get overrun and either die or get forced through the elevator walls and stuck in the world and you gotta dig your way back in , its a beast on infestation to take care of cause of all these reasons. Keep in mind these are my opinions
