I have installed two windshields now and have the same problem What did you find out.
how high off the sxs is the lower windshield and the upper meet? my wife is 5 foot 2 is this gonna block a lot of her sight while riding?
From the center of the hood to the top of the bottom windshield portion is 6.15".
installed easily, but it collects dust like a magnet. Am unhappy.
It's a dusty hobby my dude. Maybe stick to asphalt? I've had these flip windshields on all my rigs. Never once thought dust was the windshield's fault.
Horrible instructions. And nothing was pre bolted
