    0-6.50-Calcium tablet-Ayrvedic
    6.55- Milk, Ghi, dahi
    7.55- Recipe- Milk-khas khir
    9.10- Ashwagandha/Shatavari-both⬇Vaata. Aswgndha can⬆Pitta
    10.20- Til-Chikki, Barfi, Laddu, Oil can take internaly 1-2 spn with warm water at night.
    11.20- Ragi flour-laddu, Roti- Ragi satva v easy to digest-make its khir/ Pridge, can ad gud, elaichi.
    12.50- Dry Fruits-Badam, Akhrot, Pista -in winter. Can make its laddu with Gond. Also Nariyal dry/fresh
    13.20- Makhana
    13.30- Palak & other green leafy vegetables v good. Maybe vaata or hard to digest for some people.

    Very useful vidio. I presume whenever you mention about cow milk you are refering to desi cow milk.Our problem is desi cow milk is not available in our region.What we get is packed Goa Dairy cow milk, or Amul milk, which is not desi cow milk. Can we use this?

    Thank you so much for this video and the great information about natural calcium supplementation.
    Although this is a commendable product, for personal reasons, I cannot take egg shell bhasma, which it contains, am I correct? The label seemed to mention it.
    For osteoporosis patients who cannot take egg shell bhasma, what is the next best holistic supplement you would recommend Dr?

      @@pratimachadha8524 Yes my friend, it has. Kukkutandatwak Bhasma (egg shell bhasma) is listed as one of the ingredients. No problem, not the end of the world. So many options we have to strengthen bones. Nuts and seeds like badam, poppy seeds, dry fruits like kharik, ragi, hadjod, praval pishti churna, etc... so many supplements... and of course, sunlight exercise and prayers 🙂

      @@pratimachadha8524 Kharik or khajura - dry dates powder :-) . I don't know any specific brand for Praval pishti. But, Praval pishti is just an example. There are so many examples. Even gaund is another example. Nuts, seeds, coconut, ragi, poppy seeds - it is too many to list. I would not get stuck on just one, variety is important too, since the mentioned ingredients strengthen our bones in their own unique ways. And focusing on just food, without exercise is also not going to work. Basically what I meant was that a healthy lifestyle and traditional Indian diet full of nourishing ingredients is so helpful in strengthening our bones and increasing calcium level. I welcome Dr Rupali's input as well, if she reads our exchange :-)

      Best is to do light oil massage in morning sunlight. This way you get highest levels of Vitamin D.
