She does, I think that sometimes her microphone picks up the music too much, so it may get muted for that.

Few things I was thinking - could you put a pizza stone in the oven to help the underside of the pan keep hotter better? Also, is there any stipulation with what pan has to be used? A thick steel pan would retain heat better than a thin aluminum one. Meaning the cookies would continue to cook even after you take them out of the oven, which is kinda cheating.
