@@-M0LE yes they were her voice. It was from a olong time ago and it was taken from voice-mail then mastered and mixed into the song so it's clear. It's her. He also played a part of the voice-mails at a show once or twice too. There's video of him playing them at a show to prove that they're real.
I thought it was mixed from her part in the song Superman. She didn’t end up on the song but she was supposed to be on it and then she said no to doing the song but that’s what Em referenced earlier in the rap about studio session.
I love hearing Obsessed and then playing this right after. There is nothing more gratifying than imagining Mariah thinking she got Em good and then her smile being wiped off her face by such a masterpiece as this 😂

She got the message & the song stopped playing at once. Those were her, from voice mails to him and when they were hanging in the studio.

Another hidden gem was in Em's verse on "Forever" by Drake with Lil Wayne and Kanye, he mentions Pinocchio's nose. That was a reference to Gucci Mane when he was on Mariah's Obsessed remix. Gucci mane called Em Pinocchio (that he lied about getting with Mariah). You gotta love how Em can weave other references into his songs the way only he can LOL.
