Hello guys! I've been working on this video for the past few days. For anyone who has been watching #Streamuary over on Twitch, I'll be back streaming tomorrow - this video took a while to edit. Thanks for your patience! 🙏🏻 For anyone that wants to join: twitch.tv/clisare
Bet in the unedited version, when those freshly shave legs hit the water, the resulting language was a whole helluva lot saltier than anything in the caves.
The beach here is part of the Sargasso sea, and so salty you have all the symptoms you described if you have cuts and scrapes. it's so salty the water is green and you float without effort. Salt water Therapy kicked in your accent like saying 33 does :) .
Joyful Hellos Claire It was a great vlog. Informative and entertaining. It even made you look '10 minutes' younger. We are glad that you got into the cold bath for 'us'. We deeply appreciate it. Really how can you be soo smart, adorable, humorous, and amazing at the same time. Must be the Irish charm!!))) Glad to see you get a salt bath for your muscles so that you can get out there and tear it up in the rugby pitch, you spitfire warrior!! Remember that you can do anything you set your mind to (within reason) and with a salt bath you could get there sooner.))) Please take care, stay strong, and have fun!!
Embrace the sting! I used to love the first contact with the ocean because I figured it was healing my cuts and foot blisters from running. But I could be wrong. Thanks! Dave J
Great video. Thanks for posting it. I am a huge proponent of hydro-therapy. I have visited several of the hot springs here in British Columbia and own a hot tub as well. Thanks for doing the cold water part! lol Hope you don't need any O'Keefe's or Chap Stick.
Whenever I get canker sores I find that a rinse of warm saline water is fantastic for soothing the pain of them, so there might be something to this salt cave therapy.
Clisare you are awesome. When did you change your hair??? Looks wonderful. Loved this exploration of the Salt Spa. Sounds like you were pretty rough on your legs. All the best!! Sláinte
What are the differences between the pools? Do they source the salt from different countries? Or is it just themed? Nevermind... just keep LISTENING, Ryan 😆🤪 LOL
Normally it's shared but they reserved the first spot in the morning for me as I was going to have cameras with me, so I wouldn't be catching anyone else by accident.
I know this is not the point of the video, but editing Claire's hair??? Amazing. That cut really suits you. I now think also, I want to try the salt pools the next time I am near one.
I know they say use Epson salt for aches and pains. So a salt therapy should be am. It cures what ails you...........Alex, get in the car. Great video, that price seemed really good. 🎉 Loved the way you did it. Keep up the great work.
I just kept thinking it's not just the legs people have to worry about in those pools if you just shaved! woof! 😅That said, this looked neat. Seeing that I live in Florida I forget that we have the benefit of warm salt water all the time if we want. Being in a colder climate this looks like a fun little option to get some beach benefits!
Wow only 30 euro is a unbelievable deal. We have these here down in Colorado springs and they start at $75 dollars. I would also recommend don't get a bikin wax and go in right after 🤣
Hi Clisare , there are many different options when it comes to preventing your camera lens from fogging up, like using your saliva when nothing else is on hand.
Interesting. Didn't know about either the salt caves in Ireland, or salt therapy. I've read about the baths in Bath, England. Now I wonder if the waters there also contained salt.
My friend bought me an hour soak in a sound deprivation/salt float tank. It WRECKED my hair, it was so dry for days and days. It was a really cool experience though. Im looking forward to their other features.
@@errollleggo447 hmm i wonder if its because the salt content was so high in the salt float that i did. I wish it would have made my hair soft and silky lol it was as dry as harvested hay🤣🤣
@@ThatAnimalChannel That could be it really. I observed this while on vacation in Florida and was in the water quite a lot. Ok I googled it and apparently too much salt water can damage your hair.
This implies the existence of both a bucket list and a ***k-it list, when they bucket list is settled will we get a "***k-it, let's give this a go" list as well? Things you might not ordinarily see yourself doing?
Clare, you did _not_ have to get in the ice cold water for me! Thank you, but no, it's not necessary. You could have just stood next to it and said, "This is cold as fuck. I'm not getting in that." And I'd have said, "Ok." ❤
Have you tried Flotation yet? There are some Flotation places right in Dublin. It used to be called Sensory Deprivation, but that probably had a tendency to turn people off a bit. I did it back in the 1970s when it was first becoming a business after its development by Dr. John C. Lilly for the NIMH. I found I needed a small patch of wetsuit material to support my head in the tank. You shower before going in and again after coming out and I don't know if it's true for everybody, but I found that I pee like mad after 45 minutes of weightlessness. How astronauts manage I couldn't begin to guess. Definitely therapeutic in multiple ways. BTW, your hairstyle is lovely. Hi to Millie!
I am so jealous of that ice pool. I have rheumatoid arthritis and the best way to soothe the pain is to just ice it til it's so numb you feel nothing. Give me blisters give me frostbite, I'll take it xD Heat also helps, but it makes RA happy and me unhappy. Ice makes me happy and RA is too frozen to communicate it's thoughts, so I prefer ice xD
Pay to be a human pickle , why not , were you able to see the new series on HBO max , the last of us , the video game was awesome so is episode 1 , it's been hyped for over a year , it exceeds the hype, rome new york
wow 4300 views, 108 comments and I am the first" like". Here's a couple jokes my departed father laughed at.......A single man had a terrible accident where his penis was destroyed. After recovering he felt good enough to date. He found a lady on a dating website. He then went to a plastic surgeon and asked to have a big penis. The doctor said, " we are all out of any of them, but I have an elephant trunk'. He agreed to the procedure. Later he met his date at a pub. It was going well till his trousers ripped open , the trunk swiped some snacks and disappeared. His date said," That was amazing. Can you do it again?" He replied," I don't think so.....I can't take another bowl of peanuts".
The photographer in me wants to warn you about the lenses fogging up. Too much of that and you can get mold and fungus growing in there and that's such an _absolute NIGHTMARE_ to fix that it's usually cheaper to replace the whole thing. Salt also tends to be the arch nemesis of camera gear too, so thank God you didn't drop it in the salt or God forbid any of the pools themselves. But also this place looks weirdly cool.

Hi Clisare. Love touring Ireland. Beautifull place: Salt Cave Paradise in Dublin. New subscriber and Like!!
Your personality is magnetic🥰
Thank you so much!!
Random thoughts with Clisare sounds like a good shorts idea
'dedication to the craft' - I love that line. Great video and look forward to the next one. Cheers
Love touring Ireland with ya!
That looked so relaxing
Seems like a cool place to visit! Thanks, for taking us along. : )
Wow, that Rugby you play keeps you in shape! I always wondered. Cool video.
So it looks like it's set up much more in the manner of a Roman baths, with the tepid bath, the hot bath, and the frigid bath - just with salt.

That’s so cool looks like you’re walking to someone’s house, cave inside with pools😊✌️✌️👍😎
Salt of the earth that ladeeee!!!
"This has been the Irish fucket list with Clisare." 🤣
😄
It's so refreshing to hear your voice again 🥰 It sounds like little fairies moonwalking across your tongue
😂😂 thank you!
Very therapeutic and entertaining ! Claire, all the best!
Well I'm glad you enjoyed yourself 👍🏻
Added to my bucket list! I am sold!
Cool video as always. This is a fun series for those of us that don't live there.
Alex is one unbelievable LUCKY man …❤❤❤ Love you guys ! Keep up the great Vlogs they make my day 🙏🙏🙏
I was thinking you were going to and actually cave out in country , Definitely hang out in warm water ✌🏻
I would like to try that.👍
Wonderfully informative. Honest and entertaining. Lovely show.
Why didn't you press like?
That looks amazing!!!!
I love you this is great!
Brilliant work as usual
I've got to find a salt bath.
Thx for the information.
This looks amazing!
Cool place and tour!
This looks so cool!!
Hi Miss Clair 👋 that looks like a nice way to spend a couple hours. 👍
love the concept of a salt cave
that looks like a great place
The Dead sea is a popular bathing destination due to it's high salt content. Especially popular with the older crowd.
but walking across those forming salt crystals on the rocks is painful! very sharp. Also, stay away in the full heat of summer. You just get roasted!
Honestly I would visit Ireland just for that. Really cool!!
That is so cool. I wonder if we have that here in Wisconsin.
Haha thats mad, i live down the road from this place. Myself and the wife love going for a nice chilled out afternoon!
Never heard of this before. But I would like to give it a go.
Saline sure cleared my skin spots.
I like how some of the signs have one of their health claims scratched out. :D
You make me want to write a Irish bucket list for when I come over there
Do! I’ve over 60 episodes on RUclips of stuff you could do!
That's stunning 💞
we do that in America with salt rooms! pretty cool
You took me away by wearing glasses… I always get told off for wearing mine !
Took you away? I don’t understand?
Clare, your too much !😂 Thanks for making my day ! Have a great day !

It's kind of counterintuitive. I'd think a person might come out of there feeling like a big piece of beef jerky! :-)
Fecking Brilliant as always and slightly sadomasochistic going to a salt cave with freshly shaved legs.
love your new hair
Someone is proud of her posterior.
No reason not to be
Sure, we will go with that narrative 😂

I donated it about three months ago! 💇🏼♀️
I had a lot of scars from war and saltwater bathing improved my skin and healed sores I thought would never heal.
"Organic salt." Heh. Not a place I'd associate with Ireland. Thanks Claire!
What are the differences between the pools? Do they source the salt from different countries? Or is it just themed?

I worry about the last line of the "Santorini Pool" sign that was scratched out. Who knows what body part might fall off?😀
