thank u for the advice! I'm currently in a situation where there are no seats available near me and I was considering to do a later date where the application almost opens instead of waiting. But watching this video helped ease my worries

Given that you couldn't find a date, why not wait and focus on first proving to yourself that you'll be ready in time?

This is great advice. The bump I've run into is if you want to request accommodations like I do, you have to send your Accom. request packet to their committee months in advance 😢 So I feel like I need to sign up for a date that I don't know if I'll be ready for or not, so that I make the accommodations request deadline. Any advice for this?

You don't have to sign up for a test date to request accommodations. Instead, submit all of your paperwork for accommodations as soon as you can, so that when you're ready to choose your test date you're ready to go. I have my accommodation students follow what I share in this video and as long as they're already approved, they've found seats within weeks of their given test date
