    Hibiscus, fenugreek and also amla and Brahmi are good to add to conditioner.

    I want to know if you in your experience, in the winter I literally have a different hair type, I'm going to follow your recommendation but it's unreal how beautiful my hair is to what in earth happen.

      Yeah my hair changes sometimes depending on the season, for instance where I live it gets pretty humid in the summer so my hair tends to be really frizzy in the summer time!

    How do you seal it in ? Put it on after you do your curly routine ? Example - leave in conditioner & Argan oil gel....would you put the oil in after applying those products in ?

    • @LydiaTefera

      You can seal it in right after your styling products or wait till it drys and add the oil in after 😊
      I hope that helps!

      What she’s means is Lco or loc?

    • @LydiaTefera
      @LydiaTefera  6 лет назад +1

      You can do either! 😊 It just depends on your hair/hair types, personally I just use a styling product and then use a oil spray immediately after, so I don’t use the typical loc/lco method. If you have high porosity then I would recommend the loco method (leave in, oil, cream, and then a lighter oil) and if you have low porosity Hair then you can do the lco method. I hope that helps!

      Yea, I've found the LCO method works for me, better than the LOC method. But honestly since I started out using the LOC method even when I was relaxed. That now it's tricky to remember to be using the LCO method, lol. But I definitely need to train myself to do so cause Fall and Winter is right around the corner.

    When do I seal my hair with oil? After finishing my wash day with wet hair?( I use gel at the last step, so after the gel?) Or when it’s dried? (But I feel like I get Fritz when I do it dry) Do you think using gel is necessary?( my hair gets harder with it and the curls hold longer)
