Hi James, absolutely. but there is just one thing, the actual pub itself is in Bath. but yes i get what you mean. Geordie girls are not afraid of the cold as they are well hard. thanks again for commenting my friend. cheer's for now Tony.
Hello Steve, inspired by the real things, which can be seen on many stations. even York has some of these iron supports. thanks again for commenting my friend. Tony.
Wow, thank you! Tez. Stories are always a big part of what we do at T,N,E . plus it helps to break up the monotony of the builds. the story telling and the building projects goes hand in hand. many thanks again for commenting. Cheer's for now Tony.
Super fine work Tony, the best brackets I have seen by a long way. A really interesting feature and pattern. To unclog files I use a piece of scrap brass and run the file along that always in the same direction so the cut brass profile matches the file flutes, works a treat. Yes the tin and lead oxides do make a mess - am always careful to scrub off regularly when beating my engine lead weights into shape ( lead poisoning and food). All the best Stephen
Hi Tony. Welds Fabrication Pye and 3.14159 are things we both know somehow I am sure Dear Sir. Those brackets are great. The Victorian's would also be very proud of your structures today. Regards Al :o)
Toshay Alan my friend, we both think a like. i would like to think so. imagine being an architect back in those times. and there buildings where made to last. take care my friend. Tony.
Many thanks Charlie my friend. I do, the bell bottom girls are a new addition. plus they add a bit fun, all in the best possible taste. cheer's for now Tony.
The detail on those supports is fantastic Tony. They should call superglue “finger activated adhesive,” as the blasted stuff never seems to want to go off, until you accidentally touch it - then it’s instantly cured 😅
Hi Tony, I admire your attention to detail with the brackets. I am sure Sid will be pleased with the end results. Is he going to advertise for additional cleaners to keep the brackets pristine on the station? Perhaps he will be advertising on Indeed, and applicants will have to meet the Personal Spec, along with their CV''s, and Personal Specs. Then applicants can proceed to a suitable behaviours test such as where they have used communication and organisation skills, by following the STAR Approach, (Stituation, Task, Aproach, and Result), for each section. This is followed by an online time limited Judgement Test. Canditates who pass this stage can then proceed to a Teams Interview. Then the second interview will be face-to-face, and candidates have to demonstrate a situation where they have been effective in dealing with a challenging customer, or using customer care skills effectively to resolve a situation. Hopefully, the position will not be an unskilled minimum wage zero hour contract sort of job. (I am sure it won't).
Modelling to another level Tony, great looking support brackets. Use a file rasp to unclog the file, as for the "ladies" waiting outside Saracens Head I think you have been watching too much of Alan @ Dragon Junction Mk2 lol. Take care regards Barry..👍
Lol. Great comment as always Barry. i have taken another small break from Tyne dock a video may come out a bit sooner. but we shall see. Take care my friend. Tony.
Most would be happy with the wire soldered bracket, but not you! Great additional detail. I can't wait to see how you do the flowers in largest ring!!! ;-) Cheers
Dear Tony, for any clogged up file folks should get a file brush. Such brushes look like an almost worn out wire brush. The wires are much stiffer and shorter than normal wire brushes and come with wires bent at a 60° hook. Brushing with such a file brush makes the different wires perform like springs on the file surface, nipping all the file residue off from the file. In the UK available from Cutwel, brands the carry are Pferd and Lessmann.
Dear Tony, absolutely marvelous how you added the T to the canopy brackets. Brilliant paint job, awesome representation of the true to scale examples. It’s a treat already to watch the rebuild of Tyne Dock Station, with all the ‘extra’s’ these episodes become a true audience magnet. The scarcely dressed chicas still at the Saracen’s Head?? Cheerio
Once again, this is brilliant. Inadvertently you've answered a question for me, namely can you fix a wire sized metal object to plastic successfully? My attempts in the past have been a failure but it could be down to the superglue I'm using. Mine is a liquid runny type that goes everywhere if you use too much or fails if you use too little. So what type of superglue do you use Tony? Give my regards to the two ladies (you can't call them ladies of the night because they're out in broad daylight!) Thanks again.
Good morning Alfie. a good quality super glue normally works well, even contact adhesive also works if the metal is clean. its great that i help out with these issues. stay safe my friend. all the best Tony.
Thanks for sharing your layout once again Tony... Incidentally, any idea how many thousands of small componants you have made so far in this station build? The brackets alone have - needed 275 - quantities soon mount up! (I was going to mention the file brush, but Vincent beat me to it!) All the best, Ken.
Good evening Ken. I think i have lost count, as its hard to keep track on what i have used so far. it must be thousands like you have said. their may be just a few more before we are finished. take care and all the best Tony.
The standard RUclipsrs drink is a mug of tea. I'm unsure about the white paint, maybe blue might be better. What am I doing? Telling a Master Craftsman what colour paint to use. I shall go straight to jail without passing GO and pay a fine to get out again. I was never lucky with dice. Martin. (Thailand) Nice job.
The undisputed King of the model rail scratch build !!
Thank you. I am flabbagasted. and humbled. cheer's Tony.

@@TONYNORTHEASTERN You really are a fine scale modeller 🖊📐👍

When J first looked at this I thought you had fanned the frame then dropped in the circles. Amazing
Lol. yep i can see what you mean...

Cheer's buddy. Its great to hear from you.
Great work as allways, just wondering if jewellery cleaner could clean up the metal work?
Yes, absolutely. that would do the job as well. as its a decreasing agent......cheer's for commenting. Tony.

Ooooft, I don't fancy yours much 😂
Lol, which one as they both look the same after a few pints....
Needs clouds of smoke for the dmu starting from the station, never saw a clean exhaust
