I love how supportive Johnny is, just naturally. He's tough and won't accept anything less than 100% effort, but he always gives credit where it's due. Even when he's training Daniel, when Daniel starts to get into it Johnny is cheering him on. Johnny really is a born teacher. Slightly insane, but a born teacher nonetheless.
Of all the guys from the original movies, Johnny is the only one who's "Yah" sound when kicking or punching is exactly the same tone and sound as it was in 1984.

I'm rewatching cobra kai season 4 and man did danny do him dirty in that fight, he really brought out a last resort move to a regular fight because he was losing, fuck that guy he started the whole series of events, had he not poured water over Johnny when he was rolling a joint he wouldn't have gotten his ass kicked and a sense sei
Yep only reason Daniel used it because he was desperate and that was his mistake. It was same with silver first fight. He gave in and it almost cost him greatly

Mr Lawrence was always my hero from the 80s onwards. I think its a shame that Cobra Kai didnt made that happen. Just like in other franchises Hollywood kept on to the "Good" and the "Evil" side with no sense of the fan base. Too bad.
