Greetings, and may the grace of the Lord be with you. I stumbled upon this channel at random tonight while browsing some other content tangibly related to the topic of this video, and I’m glad I did. I enjoyed the presentation style, the quality of the video and audio, the friendly banter, and most importantly getting to the point succinctly. I’ve subscribed in hopes that I will be blessed with more of this style of content in the future.
Unfortunately, as is usual, the very moment a piece of content is published defending the Bible and its inspiration online, emotionally hurt and intellectually anxious anti-theists flood the comments with poor exegesis, ad hominem attacks, and comically fallacious/straw-manned arguments. I can almost be certain that they haven’t watched the entire video (if any of it at all!), just like I can almost be certain that they also don’t realize Mike Licona is not just another Christian apologist, rather a renowned and respected New Testament scholar who has published quite a few works that have challenged the status quo on topics like the Bible’s reliability and (especially) the resurrection narrative.
I’ve considered myself the more skeptical type throughout my life, especially when I was still an atheist of course, but even largely now after my conversion still. I’ve always had my doubts when people talk about spiritual warfare, as if such a thing could truly be affecting our lives in such a direct way. But I can’t deny that the more I delve into my Christian faith the more I start to see my skepticism erode away and be replaced with the understanding that the enemy is, in fact, present everywhere all around us. These people aren’t satisfied with simply not believing in God and going about their lives. No, they’re angry at God, whether they realize it or not, and are filled with what I genuinely believe are unclean and demonic forces that aren’t satisfied merely with leading only their hosts into damnation, but desire nothing more than to spread the disease to as many as possible as well.
I am not totally ignorant to the reality of the situation: some people are beyond our ability to reason with. In those cases, I will leave that work to the Spirit, for surely only God can change the hearts of people like that. To all others who may be reading this who are teetering, whether because of emotional anxiety, factual disbelief, or even a general state of, “I don’t know”, remember that you can never truly know anything, especially in this highly polemic, skeptical, biased, and corrupted day and age. One day the consensus of scholars says this… another it says that… it bounces to and fro like a boat in the waves, but the promise of God is eternal, it does not waver, it does not change, not in this life or the next. Hold fast to the faith, to the scriptures and to the traditions that have been passed down to us, for in them is God’s promise and truth, and the truth will set you free (Jn 8:31-32).
May the peace of the Lord be with you, always. Thanks again for the video 👍

Matthew's account of Yeshua Geneology is his Legal line through his Step Father Joseph and Lukes Gospel has Yeshua Biologically line through his Earthly Mother , (Both go back to King David) The Reason Joseph is Mentioned in Lukes Gospel is Because he took on her name (incase the Jews tied to debunk his title because of the Cursed line in Jospeh lineage) here is a Example of Somebody marrying to take on there name *Ezra 2:61* 🙏 *Shalom* 🙏
