جو جو بہنیں واقعی میں سیریس ہیں ۔ اپنے گھر والوں کی مدد کرنا چاہتی ہیں . اور وہ گھر رہتے ہوئے 3 سے 4 گھنٹے کام کر کے 20 سے 30 ہزار تک کما نا چاہتی ہیں تو بغیر کسی جھجھک کے ابھی فیصلہ لیں اور کچھ کر دکھا ئیں بیٹھے رہنے سے اور بس سوچنے سے کچھ نہیں ہو گا. بس وقت ضائع ہو گا ۔ کچھ بڑا کرنے کے لیے منزل تک جانے کے لیے پہلا قدم اٹھنا پڑتا ہے ۔
یقین کریں اگر ابھی نہیں کریں گی تو کبھی نہیں کر سکیں گی۔

Simply if yu grind some phool makhanay and almonds keep them in jar.cook some oats in milk and some honey mix dry fruits powder and honey dates whatever yu want. Within 5 min it would b ready. It's so long and complicated

یہ ناشتہ صحت کے لئے بہت اچھا ہے باالخصوص انکے لئے جن خواتین کی ہڈیاں کمزور ہیں میری اپنی بھی ہڈیاں کمزور ہیں اور کافی زیادہ کمزوری محسوس ہوتی ہے ذرا سا کام کرلوں تو ٹھنڈے پسینے آتے ہیں
اگرمجھے کوئی یہ ناشتہ بنا کر دے دے تو میں ضرور کھا لوں گی 😂
ورنہ اپنے لئے اتنا وقت نکالنا اور محنت سے پکانا میرے لئے کافی مشکل کام ہے

Salaam aleikum sister I have issues with bones plus vitamin D. The problem is milk am allergy to it. I get diarrhoea
You can use almond milk
Walaikum asalam use almond milk instead or dairy
U can take phool mskhana and mske powder of thrm. Then take with water at least 2 tablespoon daily... 2 or 3 times... it's best...my family daily take it... your ptoblem will solve plus uou can take 1 tsp chia seeds daily.... your issues will be solved in few days.
