Ha and one of your workouts you spoke about soreness in your legs. Use a muscle rub before you go to bed. Can a muscle role before you start.. I promise you it works. .
I think you should do intensive boxing training to strengthen your legs and calves when you do your cardio days but still do the StairMaster with that but do not do any other the workouts because boxing is a full body workout make sure the boxing trainer has a lot of experience when you punching make sure your elbows are flat and they are straight punches
I also wondered about your calves cause I know some people just don’t target them as much, but to know that’s something you can’t control , do you ! Regardless I love your videos and my body has been banging because of you ❤
The only lifting I do for upper body is for my back and core. Boxing and contortion training do a little too much for my arms and shoulders 😭 but for those of you who want to get in a great arm workout along with cardio, give boxing a try!!!

Not that it matters what I--or any other guy--has to say about what you "should" be doing to look good. Take whatever we men say with a grain of salt and let your primary guide be whatever makes YOU feel good about yourself. You need to consume more calories than you burn to gain weight no amount of exercises can make you gain weight however it will help you to gain muscles and toning your body which will help to reduce the amount of fat that you will gain in the process 🤗
