15:44 I used to have the same problem. I know sweaty feet is normal but I’m telling you my feet never stinks. Years ago I started to use spray on deodorant (degree, secret, or dove) and would spray it in between my toes. You could also sprinkle some baking soda in your shoes over night and just dust them out before you put them on. And I’m sure you know this but… make sure after you shower to thoroughly dry in between your toes. ❤️
This might be TMI but I’ve been working out for 3 years and I’ve always struggled with finding a way to go to the gym on my cycle. I usually try to go on the 3rd or 4th day. So I won’t take the whole 5-7 days missing my workouts.
