    Thanks for posting this, I haven't seen many of your other youtube videos so I'll have to get caught up. I hadn't considered fuel influencing air temperature, I had simply assumed you want all of the air entering the chamber (from each of the ports) to have fuel mixed with it for stable consistent combustion. Have you already talked about injector phase angle? I've seen it can influence throttle response to have the injectors firing too early or late (not just the wrong AFR but fuel not getting into the port when the air is moving). I suspect spraying fuel at a shrouded port might cause additional oil dilution, but that's much harder to test.

    I feel like running a projay manifold and rocking primary injectors in each runner would play nicely with what you're saying.

      For my particular setup, I like my staged OEM+ setup for broad powerband. I've posted yours up to try and help with the sale.

    Have you done a video on feeding the injectors on a parallel setup vrs in series?

    • @RGHTBrainDesignDrive
      @RGHTBrainDesignDrive  Год назад

      It's a bit too complex for me to show on this method of video, but it comes down to pressure pulsation of large injectors and how parallel systems have more capacity and handle dampening better. If a Series Rail system starves on primaries, it'll definitely also starve secondaries. Lots more to this...

    Any chance you can talk about base fuel maps for startups on a newly built engine? and how to optimize the fueling map?

    • @RGHTBrainDesignDrive
      @RGHTBrainDesignDrive  Год назад

      Every map I make for each particular car is calibrated live with the owner. First start is where the most damage can occur, so it doesn't make sense to send out "basemaps" as those could easily be misused. Trained eyes save motors. Period.

    So for a newbie: does this mean that you use 2 extra big injectors to flow more methanol and cool the air on the outer intake ports🤔

    • @RGHTBrainDesignDrive
      @RGHTBrainDesignDrive  Год назад +1

      Not quite. This isn't really a newbie-friendly channel.

      @@RGHTBrainDesignDrive I understand that, will look a bit further into normal injection for rotaries before I will even get to staged injection. But thank you for the videos and the reply👍🏼

      @@alberthakvoort8473 Start with looking how factory fuel systems worked. I think you jumped ahead a bit, but what you mentioned requires two entirely separate fuel systems. Works wonders for someone who doesn't mind having smaller capacities of each.

    Would stage injection work on a N/A 13B street port ?

    • @RGHTBrainDesignDrive
      @RGHTBrainDesignDrive  7 месяцев назад

      It does from factory... Yes, of course

      Will be running a EFI IDA set up with 4 injectors , will I need additional injectors or just use split them to be primary and second dary
