SOOOOO... Curse OF The Blood Moon Huh?
That's a wild ride, I haven't see the fandom so agitated since well the first time Star talked with Marco about his crush on him.
Anyway. There's a new version of this extended with the new bits of the latest episode, so if you want to check it out I'll leave the link here and on the video card (i still don't know how to use those), anyway, take care everyone!

From the brilliant mind of Brian H. Kim i bring you guys this little mix I've do. So... That waltz is just amazing. It's so amazing I'm trying to learn how to play Piano/Keyboard just so I can play this and maybe some day make my own waltz.
Anyway. So the SVSTFE Season 1 is over and I wanted to extend this since I heard it for the first time but... The loop was too short. And Brian promised he will upload a full version when the Season 1 was complete. AND HE DID IT! Now with this version I can extend it and I LOVE HOW SMOOTH IT WAS!
I had so much fun to extending this.

I am shocked no one else ever mentioned that, I started feeling weird I'm the only one that noticed it...but then again that brings the question why was Marco unaffected if that was the case, because of the hat and mask perhaps? we may never know.
Did anyone else ever feel existential at all during the scene? I mean, Marco basically accidentally bound their souls for eternity. ETERNITY.

Most people didn't notice, but when Marco kissed Jackie for the first time he looked up and saw the moon as blood red for a few moments. Some people in the fandom say that it is just a myth becuase we never see anything more of it but we do in that scene.
honestly i just felt really happy, and because i believe in that thing where the universe has already plotted out our whole lives and stuff, so i believe that marco accidentally bounding their souls for eternity was already predetermined ??? djkfjvdsffs idk it's just a personal belief (the whole "everything is already plotted out" thing) but yeahhhhhhhhhhh, either way i'm just really happy seeing those two togetherrrrrrrrrrrrr hhhh

This is such a romantic yet haunting song. Sad almost like a one sided crush with your best friend who only sees you as a friend and you didn't even realize you had feelings for until you had already helped him get the other girl. yeah something like that.

So the bloodmoon ball binds two souls together for eternity, tom invited star to what she assumed was an innocent dance with the intention of dancing with her to this song so she would be bound to him for eternity.
Tom is some grade A level psycopathic stalker.
Joe Floyd actually it only binds the souls of soulmates. Even if tom danced with Star, he wouldn't have been bound to her. Star and Marco were and are soulmates, which is why the moon bound their souls for eternity.
But I agree, Tom had completely different intentions than star did.
where in cannon does it mention soulmates? i was under the impression that starco are soulmates because of the dance.
Joe Floyd pretty sure there was something along the line of the blood moon _choosing_ two people? so like tom could have tried, and maybe he'd still have failed in getting his and star's souls bound.

Why was it a sad week
I remember that this song was used in the blood moon ball episode. When Tom saw Marco dancing with Star, he went nuts, lost his temper and Star had to freeze him to stop him. His anger issues was one of the reasons why they broke up before getting back together but it was only for a short time. Last year, I rewatched this series and I loved of how it ended.

Hey Guys! FallingStar here. Love the reaction (FIne bros plz don't sue me) of all of yuou guys. I have to say this is one of my favorite songs ever! And it's what's inspired me to learn piano and all that fun stuff! So maybe you'll hear some original songs in this channel.
Second of all... Well, Brian tweet me about this song and he said that this is a "Romantic dance happening in a place populated by skeletons and demons" and I absolutly love that. Because I think Goth/Romantic goes extremely well.
Anyway. I'm ready for the Second Season and maybe I'll extend more or maybe redo this one.

what the hell is this beautiful music? I need to rewatch this episode, I barely remember seeing it. from what I've been hearing, this is a key episode for things in the season 2 finale and next season.

Anyone else think that the creators will go the, "The Blood Moon is a curse" route? I mean, Marco may end up wanting Jackie, but the Blood Moon curse gets in the way? SPOILERS...
We've seen this happen once before, so what if it keeps happening? Starco isn't for sure, and though it is the obvious route, the crew may take this to an incredibly dark place. This could also be how Star goes down the dark path. Remember in Bon Bon the Birthday Clown when she used the All-Seeing-Eye? Not only was it dark magic, but her jealousy sparked some bad things to happen to both Marco and Jackie. That may be just the beginning of her dark turn. Not to mention Eclipsa has been a major talking point in recent episodes.
Idk. Its a few thoughts i had. Though I would prefer they go the obvious route personally, I would be more than happy if they surprised me with the darker storyline.

I love this song! It makes me sad cause the episode for the winter finale just came out and this song for like 6 seconds played! Only it was for a not so good reason and a not so bad reason. This song is my favorite song out of the whole series!

ryarod I'm thinking Star is arranged with Tom and she had enough and murdered him immediately after, so she is now a Queen, then exploits some loopholes to make it legal to marry non-royalty since she IS the law now.

The ending makes me tear up for some reason. It feels like the song is this amazing love story that was full of passion and pain, love and joy, struggle and change, but at the end, whoever this song was about (let's say, Star and Marco) seems to have a tragic end with those final few notes.
I only seen bits of this show but when I was about to start watching it I was too late because it already ended when I actually started watching it

i just realized that tom wanted this to be for him and star but maybe it never was meant for tom in the first place, and it was simply destiny that brought star and marco together at that very second and the wrong song was played for tom to leave.
