Believe it or not, I was in touch with my “dark side” till the age of 12. The society through school completely shut it. Now that you mention it, I can relate to everything you just said. I didn’t know there was a concept of having a dark side. I just used to think of it as the “old me” but it felt like it was always a part of me. It was there but dormant. But now it’s back. I feel calm, unapologetic and happier. Thanks for the video and the helpful tips. I think it’s time to be me again.

That is one of the coldest, harshest, most testosterone filled dark thoughts that can be thought in the context of combat sports. That fantasy is really primal in the sense that back in time when a womans man got knocked unconcious at the hands of a another man, it meant certain death for that man because he is not concious to prevent the other man from slitting his throat. This is the reason a woman should never see her man get knocked out, her hind brain knows that if times were a little harsher and world was wilder, she would not have her man alive to protect her anymore. This is why evolution gave women the callous capasity to genuinelly fall in love with the man that kills (or knocks out) her man.

Fascinating stuff! I was once a fuck up when I didn’t know how to control my dark side. Now I am a thriving business man building an empire, making six figures, fit, good health, in a healthy relationship and a man on a mission with control over my life.
But I know that the dark side is always there, burning in my chest, watching every move, lurking in the background, and I use him when I need him.

Bro, I’m not even kidding you; As I’m writing what my dark sides like, I’m seeing visions of awful, fucked up things, I won’t go into detail, but it isn’t something a normal, sane human would do. It’s like that part of me is seeping it’s way into my soul, corrupting any semblance of light within. You’re right about one thing; it only wants power. It does not care who gets hurt or if it has to hurt someone. It actually takes pleasure in that fact. It WANTS to hurt people.
Same bro. Don’t be scared.A lot of our masculinity as men is dark. We are warriors bred to conquer and kill. Use it to become better. I am a man on this journey too.

Last night I made the brutal mistake of making fun of a man’s kids while bantering with friends (unintentionally of course) and i got a first hand look at how quickly any man with a modicum of strength can turn to that dark side to protect their loved ones, how violent they can become. The entire atmosphere changed from light-hearted to grim and suspenseful. I wanted to talk back, to say something to poke at him further to see his reaction, but I realised the horrible mistake I made and quickly apologised. I knew his boundaries of course, but sometimes I overstep boundaries when I’m too excited or hyper, causing me to do some stupid shit in the past. The reason I’m bringing all this up is that I almost allowed that dark side to take over last night, but managed to keep control. Don’t rely on your dark side too much, otherwise you’ll end up becoming more susceptible to it as Jack said in the vid, causing you to get into a LOT more trouble than you’d like.
