Nines, do you have a brain or do you believe everything you hear. First, as a consumer of those products I have asked doctor's opinions and did research and proved that those products are good for the body. Secondly, 30 days is not enough for anything to work, it is a supplement which are used to improve your condition over a long period of time. Thirdly, it is quite obvious that this douchebag is biased and whether he has actually used them for 30 days is unproven. I have used the vitamins and Coq10 for a while now and body checkups PROVE that my body is well and my health is great.

You don't have a point. One can fluke on the first try or he can do the take multiple times and go with the one where that happens.
Either case everything was right. If you need any of these vitamins you can very easily purchase them at grocery store. Alex Jones makes you pay through the nose for something that is very easy to acquire.
He probably got headaches because he drank from his shower which is held in a separate tank and not filtered as good as drinking water

I think the problem is the lack of scientifical accuracy. I personally would never buy supplements from shady Jones, but if Goal Guys really wants to prove a point here he's got to be more accurate. This can be done by having a physical exam before and after as well as a blood exam. Furthermore, it's arguable whether a month is enough to notice a difference. All in all, a more controlled study where he'd try this for, say, three months and would have had some doctors involved could've lead to more reliable results, even if the results reached the same conclusion he did initially.

Paul A. western food isn't toxic, western food choice is. too many people are overeating on meat and junk food and eat less and less vegetables.
What Alex does is he finds what are the best supplements being sold on the market and has formulas made up that copy the best ones out there (ingredients wise} and sells them at a lower price than others do . I use his Nascent Iodine X2 and I can get the same exact formula from another company, but he sells his for about $5 to $10 dollars less than the competitors. Any supplement takes between 6 and 8 weeks to notice the first effects. Giving up glutton (wheat , barley rye and oats ) makes the supplements more absorbable .

The "How Long Can You Go Without Dying" challenge?
A vegetable and plant based diet with some supplements thrown in (whether they are weak or strong is not relevant) and working out will hardly get you killed. In fact I'd argue that if he had taken this "30 days challenge" serious, he should have seen an improvement in his body and well-being regardless of whether he took those supplements or not, based around the fact alone that he improved his diet, worked out intensively and avoided stress.
Of course this improvement would also be minor because 30 days isn't a very long time when it comes to the human body. Changes are gradual and slow. There are people out there who had lift weights for years before they were closing in on the six pack.
2nd theory - The video uploader was already living relatively healthy before and doing sports (his arms are quite muscular, indicating he has been working out for a long time) so the changes weren't that big because he already has gotten close to his natural peak before.

The pandemic, he said it would happen multiple times, that China would create something to cripple the US and that Democrats would be working with Chinese operatives, that turned out to be true. Calvin, if the supplements are the same form that you find in the fruits and veggies (and frankly other things) then there is effectively no difference. In the end all that really matters is that you get the most bioavailable forms of these nutrients as well as some of the cofactors usually found with them in nature (such as the bioflavonoids usually found with Vit C containing foods). This is why products like Centrum are crap because they don't use the most bioavailable forms of the nutrients but rather the cheapest form. Second, our fruits and veggies have way less vitamins and minerals in them than they used to thanks to mass agricultural practices today. Third not everyone who supplements eats a bad diet. Lastly, many fruits really aren't all that good for you because they contain so much sugar because we selectively bred them to be sweeter over hundreds to thousands of years. Best to stick with the more tart fruits that are lower in sugar content so you don't spike your insulin levels.
