2:00 I have done graphene to my car before a year there is not a single scratch and took my car for off-roading as well so my brother research on topics ask the user of the car who had done graphene
In Pune, detailing shops are literally mushrooming all over. There are more detailing shops than paan tapri and beer shoppees.....🙄. Thanks to your blunt video......I always suspected that ppf and ceramic coating was way too expensive as compared to other simpler and just as effective options.....like self waxing of your own car. Thanks.
Hi Brother thanks for the wonderful information.. Yes I agree now days many people are fooled on ceramic and Nano Coating spending 15000 to 50000 and ceramic coating is far better than Carnauba wax. But you need to spend a lot of money on ceramic coating even for maintaining coating we need to spend. But where as carnauba wax is oldest off of paint protection for car from UV, rain, dust and other chemical etc.. Wax is cheap priced around 600-800 for 1 KG. So you can wax your car for more than 2 year, just spending 800. Rather spend 15 - 50 k for ceramic coating. Both so the similar job. That the end. Old is gold.
Valid point Mandar! I was about to go for ppf. What you said makes sense. Almost 1.5L saved. Thanks! I saw some of your other car related videos as well. Your videos are comprehensive and to the point. I too have just subscribed. I wish your channel grows and reach wider audiences. One video request: Most car owners in India live in Apartments/buildings where water connection and plug points are NOT easily available near parkings/basements. Giving car wash responsibility to watchman or any other guy is not a good option as they don’t wash properly and damage the paint. Waterless car wash and jopasu duster only help when there is loose dust. Can you create a video explaining what should be their vehicle care routine, like how often to give for professional wash, how often to wax, how often use waterless wash, how often to clay etc.
Firstly Thanks a ton for those encouraging words , this are the things that drive us to create more informative content . Well you don't need to give car for professional wash its not needed rather you can just do it by yourself once a month . A simple way to increase the life of your paint surface when watchman cleans it is reduce number of washes best case clean once every 3 days or if you like you car very clean and not ok with that do is alternate days & trust me your paint life will greatly increase .
waxing serves different purpose. More into gloss/shine but doesn't protect the scratches, bird dropping stone chipping. Next point, place you park the vehicle. You might be having a proper covered parking but not all. I respect your points but PPF provides a complete protection to the vehicle
Wax protects from bird droppings & regarding stone chipping no treatment can protect from that other than PPF if someone is calming it's a bluff . So that what i said in the video apply ppf only to specific parts that to if u need and not the entire vehicle .
Thanks for valuable information.. i recently bought altroz opera Blue i am about to go graphene coating now my decision changed, i need one suggestion I don't have parking space its outside, can you suggest best car cover
I would suggest don't use car cover if you use car once or twice a week as over long run the cover damages the car just wax coat once 6 months n u r good to go . It will protect against bird poop
PPF protects minor scratches which are not covered by insurance, moreover u cannot have multiple claim on insurance I feel this personally as some one scratched my car at multiple locations insurance give claim only one side where it was dent. PPF cooating prevent scarates
Hello Mandar badly need your opinion on getting accessories for XUV700 (I mean must have). I recently took delivery of XUV700 AX7 AWD. I have listed some accessories here. tail gate scuff, Screen guard, Side moulding, illuminated scuff plates, Side foot steps, 7D floor mat, seat cover DashCam. Your videos are really really useful (it educates and entertains at the same time). Please make a video on my question it will help lot of people also viewers can save good amount of money.
ok will try to do so . I have installed 3D matting , Screen guard & illuminated scuff plates . I have not installed dashcam as my model is Ax7L which already has a recording feature in certain events .
Do you suggest to go for ceramic or matte ppf on a car which has matte paint from factory ? As matte paint has a lot more maintenance than normal glossy paint, will a ceramic coating help in easy maintenance ?
Sir the spots can be due to stone chipping as discussed in video . If you can feel them with finger nothing can be done but it's not concerning as the white layer is primer and it will protect against rust & from distance you cant see those spots too.
Nice information. I just had 1 question I bought 3M wax cream. Can you please let me know the duration of that product and also I wanted to know how will we come to know that the wax coating that we applied is now no more and we need to apply it again? How to identify that
Really informative video can uh suggest me one thing that its not a car but i got myself a brand new TVS APACHE 310rr which is fiber body . Shall i go for ppf ? to protect it from stone chipping . or whats ur suggestion please do suggest as i dont want swirl maarks or small scratches on my bike 😇 please do suggest .
Well plastic body is more resistant to stone chippings than metal. You can easily remove swerl marks n minor scratches using a inexpensive scratch off polish , finally you have to decide , watch my video on scratch removal it will give you greater idea n help you decide.
@@ItsMytake Thank you for your suggestion, so i am not going for ppf . can i use the same wax and scratch off on my bike too which is of fiber body which you are using ?
@@rajatbudhraja668 absolutely yes , it doesn't matter if surface is fiber or plastic as it works on paint rather clear coat of paint . It will not work if you have a MAT finish surface.
As its a new vehicle no clay is required . Also claying is a bit abrasive so I will not suggest claying before 2 years of gap . using car polish like scratchout is a better option , but thanks for your input .
Nice video, I totally agree with you. I have a 5 year old XUV500 in Sunset Orange colour and I have been taking care of it my self, the paint is as good as your deep purple XUV, the only thing I have done is that I have put PPF at the four corners, this has helped in avoiding damage to these scratch prone areas. I am getting my XUV700 next week and plan to do exactly what you have suggested. What is your opinion of Paint Sealants vs Waxes. I would like to talk to you and exchange views. Thanks and enjoy your new car.
Wax coat ke baad kya barish hone pe water ke spots rehte hai wd dust jo normaly rehte ?? And plz rply wax karne ke 2-3 mahine baad b water spots nhi padheinge jaise ceramic me nhi rehte hai
Yes it will protect from water spots. Even if they appear they can easily be cleaned , will not cling to surface . If you use hard water to clean car daily , waxcoati once every 3 months will be a good idea.
after first application of wax it will attract dust , rather i can say twice than of normal but as soon as u do first wash after wax it stops attracting dust. This is due to , as u wipe off the wax cote after applying it , your vehicle gets statically charged which attracts dust as soon as u wash the charge goes away n things are back to normal .

Sir, I brought black Creta. Dark knight edition, many people suggested to go for PPF or Graphene as its a black color and difficult to Maintain..... Can you guide me , what shoudl i do to maintain it ?
Well black color is the toughest to maintain , swrll marks are visible easily but still I find PPF to be overrated and expensive too. for graphene and ceramic those are just names it is just a normal coating and it will last not more than a year you are better of with wax instead. If you go for ppf n deal with an accident you have to re do ppf at your expenses insurance will not pay 4 it , in such cases insurance claim fees is just 2k whatever the damage but small re doing of ppf costs upward of 7 8 k .
Well black ⚫️ it's tuff to maintain . Still the cost effective way to maintain it is wax it every 3 months or less n use scratchout on minor scratches n swrill marks.

Dont use cover on car cover unless u are not going to use for months it scratches the car its true. Regarding the paint treatments i have shared my experience now you have to decide what you want to do .
@@ItsMytake this is my first car and I love it and I don't have any knowledge about Teflon, ceramic, wax that's why i need good suggestion from your end
@@Crazyfoodyshivam wax your car once every 3 months at home n nothing will happen. any coating can only prevent against hairline scratches & ppf too but it can withstand harsh rubs but if u get dent even PPF cant prevent it and while removing the dent you have to repaint it . so according to me spending on this treatments is worthless . if you have more highway travel you may consider doing ppf on bonnet only else just do ppf on 2 mirrors painted surface n thats it.

Its 3 years of third party and only 1 year of bumper to bumper or zero dep, you have to renew zero dep each year like normal insurance . I got my insurance from showroom but they matched outside rate i got it for 78k with every possible rider added.
ceramic coting if genuine that's very imp will strengthen your clear cote ,but the cost at which they are sold is not worth it as it will only help minor scratches in all other cases you have to do denting n panting.

that ceramic guard is just marketing its just a coting. to remove that scratches you need scratch Off I have a entire video on how to remove miner scratches ruclips.net/video/R2JB5oiLUKc/видео.html . Regarding dust yes after first wax it will attract dust but only once , It happens as during waxing procedure the vehicle surface gets statically charged n it attracts dust . It will not happen after first wash after the wax.

Bro ,I will bee getting my xuv700 ax7l awd shortly delivered, other than insurance, extended RSA needs to bepurchased from Mahindra sepeerately or is there extra add-on for engine RSA extended warranty?
for vacuum you can purchase a cordless model , my old Mechlin inflator works fine but now it has stopped selling , you need a inflator that has a stretchable filling hoes i dint find any when i looked . a thing i learnt , If you bring the power cable all the way from inside n take the inflator out from non driver side door some more inflators also work but you have to try in person .

2:00 I have done graphene to my car before a year there is not a single scratch and took my car for off-roading as well so my brother research on topics ask the user of the car who had done graphene
Happy for you but that doesn't justify huge cost it involves to do it . Same thing can be achieved at fractional cost.
Thanks.
Welcome. All this shops want to ride the publicity wave they got due to this reels n Shorts n scam the customers
Thank you for your honest review. Saved me some money. 😊
Welcome .
You are Amazing… Thanks Bro… very neat explanation.. All the best
Thanks
And if you do wax every 6 months you get a new looking vehicle each time , with ceramic all the glory is only first time

Thanks you!
Very good useful information, as you said ceramic coating and PPF are high margin business. Thanks

@@ItsMytake ofcourse. This is the truth and must be appreciated 👍
waxing serves different purpose.
Saved my money... very nice video.... 🔥

PPF cooating prevent scarates
sir but you can get it painted from a good paint shop for around 3 to 5 k ppf is just not cost effective .
Sir I have no experience with mat paints so i am not confident commenting on the matter
Thank You, i.hope as suggested, it works and save us from gimmicks
I am 100% confident, Its working for me for more than 20 years .I started using it on my cbz when i was in college never failed till date.

What needs to be done in case of some white spots on Car Xuv 700 ...it goes while rubbing but not completely. Pls suggest
Sir the spots can be due to stone chipping as discussed in video . If you can feel them with finger nothing can be done but it's not concerning as the white layer is primer and it will protect against rust & from distance you cant see those spots too.
@@ItsMytake yes that true can't see in evening or from distance. .normal rubbing will.take it away ?
@@reel2realwithvaibhav639 no sir if they r stone chippings rubbing will not help .

Thanks for the sub!
Nice video!
I have a White Mercedes Benz gle 2 years old.. I have not added anything to it paint.... should I wax it or let it be normal?
You should . its inexpensive you can do it at home and it will add shine n protect against bird droppings .
@@ItsMytake thanks 👍
Congratulations on the car! Very informative video, wish I knew it an year back, wouldn’t have wasted a large sum on the coating
Next time bro .
@ Vipin Menon hope your doing good after ceramic coating still the car shine , Glossy look and protection is still there thanks in advance
Nice information. I just had 1 question I bought 3M wax cream. Can you please let me know the duration of that product and also I wanted to know how will we come to know that the wax coating that we applied is now no more and we need to apply it again? How to identify that
just do it once every 6 months n if you are very keen once every 3 months .
Really informative video can uh suggest me one thing that its not a car but i got myself a brand new TVS APACHE 310rr which is fiber body . Shall i go for ppf ? to protect it from stone chipping . or whats ur suggestion please do suggest as i dont want swirl maarks or small
scratches on my bike 😇 please do suggest .
Good video. Just wanted to add... after proper washing, would suggest for claying. Also preferably do all such car related work in the shade
As its a new vehicle no clay is required . Also claying is a bit abrasive so I will not suggest claying before 2 years of gap . using car polish like scratchout is a better option , but thanks for your input .
Can you suggest that under body anti rust coat has any significance?
You can only consider it if you live in coastal areas otherwise not required atall
Glad you found the content to be helpful , sir I can guarantee you that waxing your vehicle even once a year is enough nothing else is required .
What about swirl marks for black paint . Specially for black paint ppf is most useful right?
yes black is the color which needs maximum care but even for that the price of ppf is not worth it . polish can remove swirl marks .
Sahi time par dekh li apki video... Sir wax coating dust attract nai karta?
after first application of wax it will attract dust , rather i can say twice than of normal but as soon as u do first wash after wax it stops attracting dust. This is due to , as u wipe off the wax cote after applying it , your vehicle gets statically charged which attracts dust as soon as u wash the charge goes away n things are back to normal .
Sir, seeing your video(red rapid) I took dashcam and applied it, now seeing your video i have cancelled to do Ceramic coating,
Can you pls tell me, after doing this polish can we apply cermaic / graphene by our self at home? Will that be useful?
According to me its just not needed. Wax once in 6 months n you are good to go.
I have a 7 year old scala with slight scratches i want the gloss back can you suggest something cheap to make the car shine again
Sure sir use this i have a dedicated video for it it removes scratches as well as restores paint finish Plz refer these 2 videos .

Bro how is your cub doing within ppf and coatings. Are you following wax approach?
Brother please guide me
I’m about to get the delivery of my black xuv 700, which protection should i go for?
Well black ⚫️ it's tuff to maintain . Still the cost effective way to maintain it is wax it every 3 months or less n use scratchout on minor scratches n swrill marks.
If I wash my car every week after wax coating, for how many weeks does wax coating lasts
it will last for 4- 6 months .

Brother recently mena seltos le hai so I'm confused in ceramic, taflon and ppc what to do same colour hai mera bhi or second thing ye ha ky mujhko car pr cover dalna chaiye yeha ni log bolta hai cover sa scretch ata h
@@Crazyfoodyshivam wax your car once every 3 months at home n nothing will happen. any coating can only prevent against hairline scratches & ppf too but it can withstand harsh rubs but if u get dent even PPF cant prevent it and while removing the dent you have to repaint it . so according to me spending on this treatments is worthless . if you have more highway travel you may consider doing ppf on bonnet only else just do ppf on 2 mirrors painted surface n thats it.

ceramic coting if genuine that's very imp will strengthen your clear cote ,but the cost at which they are sold is not worth it as it will only help minor scratches in all other cases you have to do denting n panting.

that ceramic guard is just marketing its just a coting.
to remove that scratches you need scratch Off I have a entire video on how to remove miner scratches ruclips.net/video/R2JB5oiLUKc/видео.html .
Regarding dust yes after first wax it will attract dust but only once , It happens as during waxing procedure the vehicle surface gets statically charged n it attracts dust . It will not happen after first wash after the wax.
Thanks much bro, worth watching.

If you cut the wiring yes , rather you should ask your service center for precise details.
Hi sir, any good options on Amazon for tyre filling/vaccuum cleaner that has a long cable and is compatible with the rear 12v socket of the XUV?
for vacuum you can purchase a cordless model , my old Mechlin inflator works fine but now it has stopped selling , you need a inflator that has a stretchable filling hoes i dint find any when i looked . a thing i learnt , If you bring the power cable all the way from inside n take the inflator out from non driver side door some more inflators also work but you have to try in person .
You are correct brother....we have been using cars for years and it's only now like for the past few years you hear about PPF, Ceramic coating etc.,
