My question is how do you get the inventory in place and recon them the right way without taking from the other stores while they are priced to market while having the volume pieces pay-plans etc upfront before the volume produces the return. (I know your team and employees trust you but its a lot of moving parts to keep in front of) The future is bright and ready to see behind the curtain on what it really takes to make a impact on a community.
