Learn to Anticipate Regret

G'day folks!
Today I'm discussing the utility of anticipating regret for making better decisions when it comes to addictions and big life decisions. This is something I've had to learn to do and it has helped me make better decisions for my health, wealth and overall happiness. I've seen improvements in myself over the years and wanted to share some thoughts.
