I really appreciate that you use simple ingredients that don't require a lot of technique. My experience is that most of the people who need to eat this way didn't grow up with a lot of instruction in home economics and cooking techniques. Many other channels that try to use this budget concept are doing it with a lot of raw produce and other ingredients that require a little more effort or technique to cook well. When you've worked all day and then an extra 4-5 hours at your 2nd job you probably don't want to spend 40 minutes working with an eggplant or baby bok choy.

You do this kinda backwards. Mix the rice, veggies and meat together in the hot oil, until everything is hot. Now add your scrambled eggs (scramble all 12) and turn off the heat. Mix the eggs through the rice/veggie/meat. The eggs can be left soft and delicious. Keep cooking, my brother.

Rice, pasta, potato and bread are your friends when you're eating on a budget. Super simple recipe for a fine meal (sack of rice, dozen eggs, sack of frozen veggies and a splash of cooking oil)- I love fried rice, we make it on a pretty regular basis, or stir fry on rice which isn't terribly far off from fried.

Back then I got very creative with just potatoes and onions, and is there ever a lot of ways to eat those! Keep up the good work.

Love me some fried rice! It's a good "fridge cleaner" - throw in any leftover bits of meat/veg etc. I like to add a little butter to make it taste a bit more like takeout. Rice vinegar and sriracha are great additions too :)
Highly recommend NOT using fresh rice so it doesn't turn into wallpaper paste, speaking from experience 🤣

The sad part is, As a single income home by myself I still make some of these meals just to distribute into easy to-go lunches and dinners for work and I live by myself with a decent income. I make these to save money, not that I need it to live. I live decently with constant income into savings and investments. But over the years the prices and inflation have gone crazy and I refuse Fast food and other increases. So as a single man I use these meals to use money into other investments such as stocks or home contract investments, or other things. This channels meals are solid for a budget and I add more to these on my own. Keep up the good work Wolfe.

Next this is lifted from the secrets of takeout fried rice video and that is use a dry blend of spices and a wet blend. ruclips.net/video/qURmdmgCCOI/видео.html trust me if you watch this you'll learn A LOT :) And last but not least.. if you have access to chinese sausage for the protein use that. Dice it up fine, fry it a bit and then add it to the mixture :)

People that can "eat all of it" don't stop when they're full. That's the problem with this oversized supersize-it generation. I do think the fast food places are largely responsible for the obesity problem. Not so much because of what they serve but because of their prices. Who wouldn't want twice the food for another quarter. If they charged double for double the food things would certainly change.
