@@matthew-u1g lol take home.. is he married? how many kids? what level of health insurance does he have? what's his 401k contribution percent? is he contributing to a health savings account? what's his Roth contribution? does he have state income tax? TAKE HOME MEANS NOTHING. everyone is different with 20 different factors. ask for the gross
