They build the apartments, and then, for a fee, will manage the rental for you. My dad lives up-country, and he just waits every month for a deposit to his account! They handle the rest. Mine are under construction now. I wish I had invested with them when my dad did, but I was hesitant because I was not sure of their reputation. They've proven to be legit. Check them out!
