If only the law professors at university know how to come up with such animations to explain stuff, learning the law wouldn't be so hard.

Agree. Some don't realise that not all students learn just by reading words.

@@LeanneUOC if you can't learn by reading words
You are deemed a genius you are able to learn by visualization

Thank you. This informative session is sweet and short. To the point. Thank you.
Can you perhaps advise if there are 3 beneficiaries. One gets appointed as a trustee also and then take all the benefits without the consent of the other beneficiaries. 😏

Are you able to produce a full video of family trust and use the same examples to demonstrate how the family trust is being used for a mum and dad family trust? Thanks

Can the settlor and the trustee be the same person or the settlor and beneficiary? Or do you always have to have 3 sepret parties? My research on this hasn't been to clear

  • @RAT3DE4EV3RY1

Settlor/Executor/Grantor/Authorized agent. Trustee =Liability need Appointment for performance and instruction on protection and function coming from the appoint of the executor beneficiary just benefit and if there’s breach you should knock back ✊🏾

What if the trust is given to a university without the knowledge of the beneficiary? All they get is $2000 a month cash dividends and a large tax bill.

A representative agent may be appointed as well, making a fourth party to the trust.

The representative agent would be a second trustee.

Wow, okay, so by naturalizing yourself as a US citizen, you swap yourself from benificiary to trustee and there for have to play by new rules and the new benificiary aka the state gets authority of all your shit. Damn
