Honestly doubt it. All those were budget RTR’s. Dude nitro was probably twice the cost of every one of their slashes. Put it again a real e build and he’d probably get smoked. This coming from a prior nitro guy in the 90’s who has seen how far lipos and motors have come in the last 15 years

That’s what I like and know is good but if your a young guy and can’t bust a big nut on something like that yet ? But if I was starting out New today I would go with a RTR Losi 8ight Truggy have fun and learn on it and blow that Dynamite.28 motor up then install a Novarossi.28/8 or a LRP.32 X series!! That’s what I would do and definitely go bump box starter box forget about that Roto and pull start Nitros always use back plate motors

But what is cool about a electric motor? It's also in my toothbrush. So now i bash it with my son. Jump it and break it. I only do rc cars because he likes them if i have to be honest. andy candy Fandy most of the time I preheat my Nitro engines because I’m a Nut like that lol! Sometimes I will just warm it up a bit then run it hard. I never tune it cold always preheat to 200 degrees if you want to tune it.

i just bought my first nitro RC and took it for some rips in a parking lot near my house. E RC's are fun, easier, and faster, but nothing beats the nitro show. I had like 3 randos stop and just watch me do rips. Plus the place i was at had an echo so it sounded like an F1 race.

It’s ok not to bad. Modified nitro engines are easier to tune I feel the stock ones and I also use 30-11 Byron’s fuel at all times that helps a lot !

Yeah im a brushless guys all day but I guess I could get used to the loudness of a lawn mower no problem. Still support my traxxas also or any rc that makes my day. Yeah redcat is kinda like arrma they have come a long way from what my community says lol but my first rc was a rustler vxl in 2009 it still runs but not as fun as my redcat TR-MT10E or my blackout xte truck super heavy duty durable man an affordable for everyone. andy candy Fandy most of the time I preheat my Nitro engines because I’m a Nut like that lol! Sometimes I will just warm it up a bit then run it hard. I never tune it cold always preheat to 200 degrees if you want to tune it.

i just bought my first nitro RC and took it for some rips in a parking lot near my house. E RC's are fun, easier, and faster, but nothing beats the nitro show. I had like 3 randos stop and just watch me do rips. Plus the place i was at had an echo so it sounded like an F1 race.

Now you can get them less then have of what I paid ! It's worked out great . I used to race 🏁 my Losi 5T with it.
