The front sight is a tiny nub and the rear sight is a shelf raised half an inch above the barrels; of course it will shoot high. Gordon Bond has made several video mentions of the Stubby sights being mostly unusable, and jokingly referred to them as "zeroed for 100 yards". The Stubby isn't meant to be sighted, it's meant to be fired so close to its target that it can't miss. When Bond starts offering accessory barrels for Stinger frames and owners can put a 3" Stinger barrel with full-size sights on their Stubby, that'll be a neat option.
