  • Perform a handful of Sets that are paced early and progressed later.
    Examples -
    1) Start with ligher weight and go heavier
    2) Start with easier speeds and go faster
    3) Start with few reps and do more reps later
    Rest as needed between sets
    Challenge yourself for the last set to be tough or maximal, but not failure
