I have the 2011 E550 4matic, virtually identical appearance, just a bigger motor and all wheel drive. To me, this is the best-looking body style MB has had in years - far better than the later facelift models, and this car looks absolutely pristine. I recently sold my 2006 E350, which I drove for 180,000 miles, to a friend whose wife (a dyed-in-the-wool Porsche fan) prefers driving it over her Cayenne hybrid.
Minor nit to pick - it is not a Cabriolet as listed in the description. That would be a two-door convertible.

My E350 is exactly identical....but have you seen the movie Christine? My car is WORSE...Paid the huge payment yesterday as I decided she is too pretty to let go....Just came out of the shop with a $1700 repair bill....drove her ONCE to work and she overheats on the way back home. The car is EVIL. She has slowly taken all my money away now she needs a new transmission and is after the money of my family. Be warned! ONLY bring home NEW Mercedes products and for the love of God LEASE! Let the dealership worry, not your bank account.
