Salt beef is amazing but the cream cheese and lox is right up there too. Often used to get a black cab over there from Soho at silly o'clock in the morning, after a few beers back in 80's. A true part of 'Londoner's London'. Great to see it still thriving.
Tom, can you give your thoughts on Oxford Street becoming pedestrian only. What will that mean for traffic and routes because after watching your videos it looks like a key main road when navigating London
Hey Tom, is the Cafe still open at Smithfield all night, plus the food van on Clapham Common or the blackheath tea hut. All decent options if you only got a fiver. Perhaps do a video of what you can get for five quid late at night. I used to go Smithfield for a cheesecake and coffee about 1am couple of times a week.

Interestingly I've been to all of these apart from VQ. Bar Italia was a favourite late night after clubbing, a cheeky chinese in China town then off to bar Italia to catch up with bar worker friends.
Used to always pop into Bar Italia back in the day when we used to roll around Soho going to clubs and warehouse parties, unfortunately it’s become a bit of a tourist trap

What happened to the other bagel shop on brick Lane? I’ve been passed it a few times and it’s been closed. I’ve not been past recently to see if it’s reopened or not.

Can’t go wrong with brick lane bagel, get the salt beef and a plane bagel and can make 2 out of the amount of salt beef you get
