I think, by using a lower temperature then the book tells you, it was a wise move. At 350 or 360 and the lower rack, you're further away from the coils and it also prevents a lot of grease spattering by using a 400° temperature. Your chicken came out looking absolutely perfect. A lot of people are using the higher rack position and high temps and the chicken is like 1" from the heat element causing the breast of the chicken to dry and burn. I can tell you're a person that's probably been cooking for some time, and you use common sense cooking. That usually comes with experience. Great video, thank you !

Girl, when I tell you I had the most succulent, flavorful bird last night straight out of that NINJA. My son is about to be sick of me because we're about to be eating a whole lot of chicken meals now that I know this is possible.😂😂

Such a professional idea to cook on the flip side of the chicken. White meat always dries out and I love it that you have turned it up side down to cook for 25 minutes. No other persenter did this and it really shows your exceptional knowledge to prepare this. Thank you!

Look good. Even in a standard air fryer when I cook a whole chicken I always start the breast side down, very true that dark meat can withstand the heat. Oh to the water add some liquid smoke to give it a smoky flavor, if you like a smoky flavor that is.

It wasn't her idea lol, you have to add water as it steams. The book tells you to do it.
