One day in my kitchen I looked around at my counters and saw pots and dishes and just stuff sitting everywhere. I had to move stuff from one counter to the other in order to prepare meals. Finally I decided to donate the stuff. There wasn't anything wrong with the items but I didn't need them and they were always being moved around with no purpose and it was very frustrating. I donated good items and hope that someone else will be able to use them. Now I can see my counters and prepare meals
That's what I going to here soon
Once I threw my dirty dishes in the trash! 😂 They were cool whip bowls, etc. Nothing nice. Just overwhelmed 😂

My home ec teacher taught me to clean as I go . I usually do and it sure helps.
Im up at 2:30 watching your videos they calm me down and make me clean and get up from the bed and they make me happy

Purge girl ... dishes ,toys cloths ect that what I do it's washing cloths and dish more often but eliminate the frustration of to much and too many things eliminating toys helps kids take better care of what they got will it helps me too I only do 3 things at a time and then break I also deal with anxiety and depression panics so I keep it to 3 things to do and then I move on fix things in sections that help and gives u motivation

I like to start with my pans. i wash, dry and put those away. Those are my biggest items. I found by doing that then I have more countertop to work with.
