    Bro you are genuinely such a chill influence on my fitness journey. I've only implemented a few calisthenics exercises I've seen off your channel and it feels like I'm finally in the right direction. 1 year in and I've gone from 2 pull ups to 17 with good form. Thanks for everything!

    I just discovered today that I am able to do it with both arms. I've never done it before an actually kinda shocked. Yes i do a lot of regular pull ups. I can do about 30 straight. I think what helped a lot was that I incorporated single arm bent over rows the past month.

      Can you give me some tips my level is that I can pull up 20 kg for 8 reps with bodyweight of 70 kg and 35 kg for 2 reps

    Since I started watching you I’ve gone more into calisthenics and at this point now I’ve gone from doing 1 nasty form pull-up to 5-6 consecutive good form pull ups in just about 2-3 weeks. Thanks for the motivo Colin

    Watch what door frames you use the pull-up bar on. I had a friend rip the trim right off of the door frame the first time he used it. The average door trim is held only be thin paneling nails.

    I’ve been able to get to 90 degrees one arm for a year now, and I’ve really wanted to get to one arm, but I haven’t really been training for it. Guess it’s time to do that!

    currently my max pull ups is 9 reps in one go and I can do like 6 reps for 3 to 4 sets rn hope to be able to do one arm pull up one day.

    What is the difference between pulling towards the other side of the face versus pulling on the same side?
    Suppose Right Arm to Left side of Face vs Right Arm to Right side of Face.

    Can you please do a tutorial on how to do a weekly workout plan please!!! Ive been trying so hard to create one but all these calistenics athletes on the internet say that the optimal way to train is their way or that way and I just feel like with every video I watch about this subject I get to know less and less!     Once I can do this and a handstand pull-up i'll have completed life. I'm not nearly as fit as I should be right now but I can at least do 10 normal pull ups.. maybe I can get there in like 5 years 😂

    I mean also using the pull up assist machine would have to help right
    Just keep reducing the weight it negates until eventually your doing your weight

    Love your vids man. How much time do you put into working out and did you put in extra work (in regards to time) for this? I like doing calisthenics and i have a workout routine for 3 times a week which is ok but could be better, but work really kills my consistency for time. Sometimes i gotta workout late at night or early in the morning and it gets annoying

    When I do armed pull ups and go down my body swings so I can’t do multiple reps without touching the ground although I think I have the strength to go for at least three reps without touching the ground. Any suggestions?

    Bro, for years my left lower bicep inner elbow area has prohibited me from pull-ups... Not even an excuse, I love dips and pull ups... I wish I could fix this...

    If you’re 6’1 and 180lbs like me, you can’t even hang with one arm tbh, I have to start with assisted one arm hangs otherwise my lats can’t handle the weight

    Colin don't know if you'll see this but I'm curious, do you stay shredded year around or just every once in a while drop down to it? If so is it rough?

      I’d say I stay lean year round for the most part. I think shredded is different and it did affect my energy a bit when I was like that. But yeah cutting is tough but it’s not impossible.

    Watched you do them from both sides.. my guys wanted to know if it matters if you are left or right handed.. should you train both sides.. or just go with your dominant side.. and then get the other later? Or work both sides at same time?🥹

      Definitely train both sides that’s very important. And I’m right hand so it is easier on my dominant side but I train both. But thanks for the comment Jen hope all is well!
