Hands down the best form/control of anyone in the ifbb or in general that I have seen. I don’t think most people watching him recognize just how good he is.
I appreciate your great attitude and your persistence, post injury, by not settling and by maintaining your workouts at 100%. To miss the Olympia, especially when you had a phenomenal year, had to be harrowing; you are persevering, training correctly, and pushing through. Thank you! I wish you the best.
You are the bodybuilder who teaches me the most about mentally of champion Your level of mindset is growing into the right direction ⬆️ always something to learn from you 🎉
My new GO-TO channel! Thank u Champ for the great advice...I love the way you train, contract, feel, squeeze, pause bottom, slow eccentric. Proof is in the pudding as they would say. Which means YOU BTW. ha ha
I agree, some days my body does not have it, it just won't be able to go heavy and keep proper form so backing off the weight and getting a good squeeze. On those days I even would do a set of pause reps or a set of negatives. To be honest my muscles sometimes get more out of that training than going heavy all the time.
Cool to see you coming back solid, strong & using near perfection on form/controlling the weight! You'll be back to 100% before you know it! Agree that the contraction & form is a much better way to train rather than just load up as much as possible but letting form/the contraction going to absolute 💩. Keep killing it brotha, train smart, safe & productive! Look forward to seeing you do/win a show to qualify for the Mr. Olympia and then battle it out on stage for that title!
Top set/back off to failure is my favorite way to train, then deload after 6 weeks or so. Maybe do 3 sets smaller muscles. I tried the RiR + add a set for a couple months while dieting. I think it makes sense there to not kill CNS while lower energy and the science says just as good, but my major takeaway was it wasn't fun at all.
Nick Walker is now very hungry and Dangerous, And i predict he will get the Special invite and he is going to come with a Vengeance with huge improvements and the Special Freak Wow Factor to Win it All at the coming Olympia: And also the 2024 Olympia is back at his backyard home town Las Vegas:💪🥇🔥 SHINE...💪 THE TOP CHAMPION 🇺🇸💪🥇🏆🔥
@@NickWalker39 doing them now as we speak, going a bit slower than I am use too, feel it in my lower back a litter and I am focusing on rolling the shoulders back and squeezing the shoulder blades. Thank you going to work on slowing it down a bit and feeling it I. The muscle through the whole movement.
Nick for any nasal issues use a saline nasal rinse . i had same issues. Not no more once i use the rinse daily .But buy brand name ones .it will keep the nasal passages moist . good brand is Neilmed
If you’re not training to failure, I believe employing negatives, add pause reps and getting a good contraction on the concentric movement and getting a good stretch on the esentrik movement would definitely also help muscle growth
You brought up “heavy” vs “pump”. In your opinion.. what builds muscles? Because simply getting a “pump”, doesn’t always breakdown and muscle tissue.. for it to recover and grow stronger/bigger.
Going hard/intense. Weight doesn’t have to be heavy but any weight that makes you fail or get close to failure between 5-30 reps will stimulate muscle. Pump is still good to show that you are actually hitting the muscle. But don’t always go off of it in my opinion because sometimes maybe you won’t get a big pump but are still stimulating the muscle.
@@dirk_ui right, that’s what I Was getting to. Pump doesn’t necessarily equate to muscle growth? Or does it. Maybe very minuscule in comparison to going to failure along w/ the pump. I correlate the weight portion because he brought up going heavy vs pump.. pretty much. I think the key component, if you remove failure.. is weight. I prefer weight and failure.: and intensity techniques when necessary
For that dry nostril, put a tiny bit of petroleum jelly on your finger and moisten the nostril. Works great for dry conditions and your nose will stop bleeding.
I be been copying your style and yes I m feeling more soar in the muscle the next day or two ,so it's working.but I do like to push a little heavier on days I have more food in me ,not super heavy but enough where it's hard to do reps .
Ofcourse leaving RIR May work.. for Beginners. Once you adapt to leaving 1-2 reps in reserve.. how much will you really grow, compared to increasing weight and going to failure. What changes are your body telling itself to make when you have reps in reserve. Might as well be a warmup set😂
Hey Nick, I have nothing against the extract shots at all. Just thought that might be where your Cotton mouth and the dry sinus is coming from. Just something it might possibly be.
Saw recent pics of Derek he looking small like he is still in the 212. U make Derek. Look small . i didnt like how they just handed Derek his win which was pure political . Cause his front double bicep pose you could clearly see two bulges under both his arm pits . which the judges ignored . You need to come back and take that title .

I was in Vegas on vacation this october and i had the same nose problem xD Hope you can figure it out Nick 🙏 Thank you for the awesome new content! 💯

all machines?
On the matrix machine. Bring your butt back to where it’s hanging off the seat. Keep your chest on the pad. Game changer!
What pair of Jordans is that?
The hammy looks almost healed, maybe in a month or two, he could be back to full strength

Hey Nick, a simple saline solution to irrigating your nasal passages a couple of times a day will take care of the dry nostrils.
Branch Warren is crying while watching this video
Slowing down the movement not to the point of a negative but just a bit slower than regular movement helps get muscle growth.
👍🏻👍🏻💯👌🏻

Saline nasal spray will help the dry nostrils… Walgreens or CVS, Everybody has it
👍💪
Vicks Nasal Spray, moisturizing 12 hour, Amazon, CVS, Walgreens $10. Works wonders !!!!

I read that it harms the lungs
U should research that

Exactly ask any former Mr Olympia and the majority of them will say that the real growth occurs in those final reps where it really starts burning

Olympia is yours this year it was your last year but there lucky you got hurt
for me its just free weights, beef , potatoes and cream corn,, and lots of partial reps.
That's why he is number 3 of the world and you are a nobody. If you don't get why he is using machines atm you shouldn't comment at all...period!

Try not to cry as hard on video next time you decide to pull out because you’re too scared to compete 😂
I won't
