- Dallas Police Chief Eddie Garcia gave an emotional update on Friday regarding the fatal shooting of Officer Darron Burks. “Officer Burks was executed,” Garcia said, clarifying that it was not an ambush but a targeted attack.
No wonder there is a massive nationwide shortage of people willing to sign up to become officers. It ain't worth it.
Maybe they should stop hiring them then. It would be better for everyone.

Why can they release this info so quickly yet other cases they say were investigating. When is all the dashcam and body cam videos going to be released?

The perps mom is going to get on tv and say, oh he was such an angel. The Dallas DA will probably hide the fact that this guy shouldn't even have been on the street in the first place just to cover themselves.
We never had one man patrol unit in LAPD. We also responded to calls with 2 units with 4 officers in dangerous hood.
We were also trained always beware of surrounding day or night because any one could sneak up. Writing report in the car alone was dangerous.
Unfortunately 2 other officers were also shot in this incident. At least the killer was eliminated.
LAPD are also a gang in itself Sir. Respectfully, No comparison to our DPD who are not exempt from the laws and prosecution in our Great State. This is why they are held to a higher standard, they are to be commended and not mocked by the facts of LAPD literally being a gang and using the exemptions of California by abusing the law they had swore to uphold.
