If her ult is hitting for about 600k her FuA, Topaz’s FuA, Robin, and ADV ult / FuA are still going to be hitting for 50k ish each. Also it is worth nothing this is a 7-8 Cost run. This isn’t a cheep team to be using. Feixiao preforms at this level for about 2 cost.

It's okay if you skip fugue because Boothill does not rely on super-break that much it's better to pick Silverwolf/pela or bronya for Boothill more action leading more damage For Ruan Mei LC it's up to you want to bring it or not because ussually it's only matter when you want to speedrun or Damage per screenshot (If you skip Ruan Mei LC then you can pick between DDD or some Energy LC)

Short answer: yes As someone who didn't pull for sunday i instead pulled for his lightcone because i was really close to pity when it released, and i gave it to bronya who with her e1 (btw you atleast need that) makes her sp generation a lot whole better. Even better with e2 boothill in your case. Tho i only pulled for sunday's lc because i didn't have bronya's lc but i'm pretty sure that if you have her sig you're good to go, but sunday's lc IS better because 1 sp every 2 skills from is more reliable than 1 sp every 2 ults like bronya's lc because it triggers more often
i'd say it's not worth it to give up ruan mei. Also, if you get sunday on 173 spd and boothill 174 or more and you use messenger and ddd on ruan mei you can get 6 boothill turns in 0 cycle

To provide a clearer picture, Feixiao's ult does 30 base toughness damage, and if enemy is not weakness broken, she gets additional 100% break efficiency. Factor in RM and E1 Fugue, Feixiao can now deal 30*(1+200%)=90 toughness damage per ult. Now this reaches the max cap of 200% break efficiency. And also the example of Firefly, her enhanced skill has a base toughness damage of 30. She gets 50% break efficiency in combustion state. Add in RM and E1 Fugue, she can now deal 30*(1+150%)=75 toughness damage per enhanced skill. Hope this clears your and anyone else's confusion.
