I got Boothill for his looks and damage even tho I knew he'd get powercrept at lightspeed after Firefly release, and he did. Ever since then I haven't used him but I'd love to now. Biggest problems to me, in comparison to e2s1 Firefly, was not just speed, but also his inefficiency at applying his weakness, relying on his ult to even touch the enemies that are completely off his element. I tried pairing him with Bronya, but that took the spot of either HMC or Ruan Mei, while also sabotaging Firefly's team (or well, putting it in a spot of bother to me at least). So with Fugue now, well, even though I planned on getting her still to empower the Firefly team even further (like buffing either Firefly or enabling Lingsha to hit whole enemy team regardless of their element), I realised that Boothill with Fugue would be really nice, as Fugue lowkey mixes the job of both HMC and Ruan Mei. So with a team like Boothill, Fugue, Bronya and Gallagher I guess (or even Huohuo for her ult), it might make Boothill's team actually valuable, while also having a fully stacked Firefly team. Man, can't get enough of that Break team, lmao.
