I took a 33-day walk in May 2022 from Saint Jean Pied de Port to Fisterra/Muxia. This video is a tribute to everyone I met along The Way. Enjoy and Buen Camino.
Danke!
Gorgeous video! Of the dozens I’ve watched, it’s my all-time favorite. The length is perfect for sharing with friends & family who are curious about the pilgrimage I’m going to undertake. Thank you for sharing. 💜🥾☮️
When I did my Camino I left on9th August and finished on the 19th September. It’s not a fair comparison but just for the record I probably had a total of one hours rain spread over two days. You will enjoy the experience irrespective of the weather. Jim
Definitely one if not the most beautiful video I have seen of the Camino if only the music was as fitting as has been used in other videos like soft traditional Spanish guitar or something less intrusive, it would have been PERFECT. As the video progresses it does get better..
Thank you for the video. What was the average temperature in May? Wanna do the walk from Leon to Santiago at the beginning of May 2024, so already prepare myself.
Hey, is this really Peter from Singapore? As far as I could remember, I saw you at Villafranca on 27 May when you dip your feet into the river & played some football, and then we talked a bit on the way out of O Cebreiro on the 29th, you said were on a sprint. If yes, then it was nice to meet you then and now. This brings back memories. And Buen Camino to you! Anthony
Well done and greatly enjoyed! Thank you for sharing your journey!
Gracias por comparti tu Camino. Te mando un cordial saludo desde Barcelona.

Hey Anthony, yes that is me. Good to see you again and buen camino :)
Hey Peter,
Great Story. What camera did you use? We your shooting 4K? Thanks
I used iphone 13 max pro to shoot this video.
Wonderful video reminds me of my Camino. What date did you start out and was the weather cold?
I started on the 5th of May. The weather was just nice…
Thanks for sharing. Do you recall the number of days you had rain? Leaving SJPDP 5/2/23 and trying not to pack my fears.
We will start next month and we hope to get similar weather. Did you walk also to Fisterra?
What is the best alternative besides walking?
Yes I walked to fisterra and muxia. You can cycle or take a bus to both places from santiago
Music is a bit much.
