Of course with a range of pencils, decent paper that holds layers, and the actual skill, an excellent piece of art can be created. Thank you for driving this home to us especially the novice artist. I'm glad I realized the truthfulness to those words early on in my journey. while my other friends we relaxing "well, I don't have quality materials, i can't do do anything" I was grinding everyday with my pitiful D grade pencils, but this helped me, as I had honed my skills in a few months, while the others made no progress.
