Oof. As a Medic main, I totally felt that Medic's pain in the first 45 seconds. Besides from my inability to figure out air-strafing when unexpectedly forced into the air and panicking, that's the whole reason I never heal Soldiers or Demos with the Quick-Fix out in the open...
@knockout I know how, it's just trying to switch the ol' grey matter out of panic mode and into the mindset to strafe that's hard.
Or just don't use the quick fix ever 😉

hey editor, ive noticed that youve started to include longer clips including b4nny responding to chat and stuff. as the person who suggested that weeks ago, i appreciate the inclusion. i prefer this slower paced style where you get to be more involved with him as a person ig.
What drives me nuts is that he litterally makes it look easy. I always watch this and feel like "well that doesn't look hard, I can do that" despite the fact that I play regularly and no, no I absolutely cannot do that. At all.
I could watch an hour of bannys pub shenanigans (nothing wrong with the comp clips, im just not a comp guy)

B4nny tf2 runs better with certain settings higher, mainly texture quality and resolution. It's also heavily bound to CPU speed, but not the actual IPC of the component. So an old 9900k with a crazy overclock runs better than a new CPU with lower clock
I believe the general idea behind why tf2 in theory runs better with higher settings with a beefy pc is because the game is essentially demanding more processing power, which since you have that available, the game takes full advantage of it. At lower graphics settings the game doesn't do this since its already "taking full advantage" of the maximum the game can possibly go in regards to fps for those settings, so in theory making the game more demanding graphically can make it run better since it needs more resources dedicated to reaching that fps threshold, which should in theory make it stutter or lag less due to having a much larger leeway in terms of available resources.
Any medic who uses the quickix deserves that fate.

these performance theories are a combination of windows, gpu drivers, graphics apis, and source spaghetti. source engine supposedly supports dx6, which would make sense on windows XP. windows 10 however doesn't even include dx8, so how does tf2 dx8 even work? graphics apis like directx and opengl rely heavily on the operating system and graphics driver for rendering, while dx12 and vulkan force the developer to do the heavily lifting which creates clearly defined rendering.

Last time I played the game, your rockets did not affect your own allies...
I think that might be the "quick-fix" medic medigun. It allows you to rocket jump/sticky jump with your soldier or demoman that you are healing whenever they rocket jump or sticky jump. I've never seen it abused in that way before though, so B4nny is a genius. :)
