Renard is definitely if not totally the most interesting character in the series. He is definitely a complex character and even at the end of the series it is hard to define him and decide if he is a good or a bad guy... he definitely gives this feeling of being either above or just right in the middle of the two definitions.
And one thing I liked about him is that, even in his worst moment when he joined Black Claw and Bonaparte, he did retain some "noble" characteristics like when he couldn't stand seeing Bonaparte torturing Meisner; this makes him more like an anti-villain than a real villain.
He is a hard one to peg, which is why he is so damned interesting to me. His motivations are clearly selfserving first and foremost but he has a code that he sticks to. his decision to throw in with nick in the end after all he did could also be a selfish act but he still does right by everyone. such a compelling char
yeah, and then compare Nick who barely says anything... When he laughed at Monroe's birthday at the hotel, I was shocked XD and it looked fake haha
So is Renard a hexienbeast or like half hexienbeast because only half his face changes and his mom is a very powerful hexienbeast.

Renard knew he can't defeat nick. So he chose to give it back and hopefully gets nick in his side.

people underestimate renard to much
renard is stronger then nick, he simply did not wanted to fight/hurt/kill nick here and was holding back while nick went on rampage mode and was very emotional too
yet renard hold his own more then just "good" and is obviously a skilled fighter+ had still his zauberbiest powers as a Trump card

Even if Renard woged believe me Nick would still be able to hold his ground. His endurance is insane so even with his superhuman strength Nick would be able to tank Renard’s blows. ( His taken hits from fully woged Wesen some even stronger than Renard and been able to shake it off). So if they fought for real they’d probably just wind up tiring each other out. Which kinda happened in Season 6 when they fought again. Yes Nick was disguised as Renard so it may have made him a little more durable, but he was in pain due to being transformed for so long and still managed to hold his ground woge into a Renard’s zauberbiest form and continue fighting until both him and Renard were exhausted.
Monkey.D Anis Plus note Renard’s continuous heavy breathing. He’s exhausted already and Nicks still got some fight in him. NickMs breathing a bit heavy as well but not as much as Renard. He could still go a few rounds Renard not so much.
Lies. Renard is only half wesen and that's no match for Nick. In the end he screwed Nick over and I wished that they didn't conveniently ignore that during the last season.
Dean Girl Which Nick in turn screwed him over in the next season by shapeshifting into Renard.
Yea renard can definitely beat nick people overestimate the grind too much but even they can be killed and that the show focuses and circles around nick Grimes have slightly enhanced strength stamina and durability hearing speed and reflexes and depending on what happens to them they can adapt and are natural fighters however going up against some wesen they can be either immune or more susceptible to certain attacks from certain wesen and unlike the SOME of other wesen nick fought renard knows how to fight not to forget that nick beat a couple who did know how to fight but still you can’t short change renard I can even see Monroe beating nick especially if the first episode when Monroe ripped a guys whole arm off so theirs that but that’s just my 2 cents

Their relationship towards the entire show from here on out has always been blurry. Sometimes renard seems trustworthy, sometimes he just seems to be using nick to save himself.
If Diana have powers, does that mean Kelly have powers, too? If so, what kind does he have, or not. If they bring back the show, hopefully it will be about their future kids, and hopefully the main characters would come back, or cameo. :)

How is it after working with Nick the whole time,Sean didn't woge(hope I spelled it right,) the whole time up until here.
Uncontrolled woge is induced by strong emotions. Renard is pretty reserved and trained at a young age so that the royals don't find them.
Renard keeps control on his emotions very well. Even alot of wesen didn't know what he was.
No Grimm series in Netflix! They removed this series a several days ago, when I started watching season 4! :(

I really would love to see the show come back. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The thing is, there’s still so many fresh ideas that could be brought out. Bring back majority of the original cast, I’m not saying ignoring the end where they jump forward I don’t know 20 years or so, but they could go forward as long as it’s been off the air. Maybe Nick evolving after being a zombie helps him become some grand grim or something. Maybe Sergeant Wu has started to evolve and change with his affliction and can start seeing Wessen, or somethings gone terribly wrong and if they don’t find a way to resolve some issue he dies. Maybe Hank finds away or something happens to him where he becomes a new Grimm Because Grimm are dying out and a new generation must be born. I mean there are so many ideas that could be brought out with a new technology and CGI as well, we really could do a lot with this.

@@unknownj3676 Not exactly black, but infinite darkness. A wesen sees their true Wesen nature reflected in a Grimm's eyes. Something Wesen find very unsettling.
