    what watercolor paper do you recommend? which do you use in this video?

      I was using whatever paper was on hand as the school I was working at. I don't currently have a favorite but generally use Richeson Bulk Watercolor paper. It does get white speckles, which don't bother me but bother others. My colleague uses Canson XL. Canson Montvale used to be the best but I believe it's not good as it used to be. The Richeson gets more or less speckles depending on how you paint on it. If you are building up layers of color as it slowly dries it will have less if not zero speckles. It is however an inconsistency in the paper.

      @@SaraParrilli Thanks, this is helpful! I'm currently using a Canson watercolor paper and am looking for something a bit thicker with more tooth.
