@@Tokinjester Benjamin had 2 songs, "Not coming home" and "the paper and the ink" they did this song together and Jason played "songs to write with a weary mind" The resonant rogues played a song by themselves too. It's on Hippies and Cowboys channel from this time last year. Take care of yourself Jim
@@nick19823 Thanks for that, much appreciated 👍 I never even noticed the channel, I thought I was still on gems when this came on You too sir, take care, much love from Scotland 🏴
I know this is supposed to be focusing on Jason O'Dea, and he was fantastic as always, but I really have to comment about Benjamin Tod's vocal coaching (or the work he's put into vocal practice, likely both). It is very evident in this cut. He put a lot of work into being able to project and be less nasal.
That chorus makes my eyes leakey leakey. This cover is better than the original in my ears. Looking forward to seeing Jason in Southern Oregon next Saturday.
Oh boy, I’ve been waiting for this since I saw Jason come through the door in Bens video. You guys are legends, all of you.
My thoughts exactly, Jason and Ben are so good at writing songs and the songs they cover are done so well.
which video... is there more from this session??

Kickass, got Resonant Rogues, Intuitive Compass, and Lost Dog Street Band all in one house. I’d love to see what else these folks could play together!

As much as I listen to Ben singing his great songs... he's great on the back up vocals!
